Bathroom was filthy, mold on the shower tile near floor, scrubbed and cleaned over and over but never remediated …. Hairline the sink, toiled is stained… they have a floor heater in the bathroom… just remove it cause it’s disgusting … wouldn’t stay again …

Didn’t expect much for the price. Got what I expected.

I got my days mixed up because of working so much and being a long labor day weekend. I booked one day off. When i canceled Expedia said it was canceled but the hotel still charges a $84 cancelation fee???? I couldn't just change the dates? I stay in Helena often, I'll never stay here ever again.

The staff left us alone. No extra towels

Beds were uncomfortable. Way too soft! Only 3 small half size pillows for 2 people. Terrible sleep after a long drive! No vending machines for snacks or drinks. Advertised breakfast included. Very poor. White bread only. Toaster that only toasted one side of the bread. 2 choices of cold cereal. A few yogurt cups. Bananas there. Orange juice milk and coffee available. Hardly could call it a breakfast. Could do much better than this. Had to walk through a fire door and stairwell to find our room.

While I support marijuana use and can't necessarily blame the hotel for the actions of some guests, the smell of marijuana ruined the stay the two nights we were there. Add in that the toiletries were used/non-existent was concerning. Pizza boxes and other garbage was strewn about the hallways and stairwells. The room itself was ok. Didn't smell, linens seemed clean, AC worked. Bed was comfortable enough. Can't expect much for a hotel that is literally on the side of the freeway.

Property is absolutely terrible. Dirty. Falling apart. Moldy. Rooms were very dirty.

Refrigerator didn’t work

Room is large, basic, clean... ish. Actually, coffee stains on comforter. TV has very limited channels, many of which had poor reception. Closet doors in our room were off the frame and just leaning against the wall. Quiet. The person who checked us in asked for my ID, said nothing else until giving us room card. Next day, unable to find anyone at front desk. Same next day. Everyone who walked into the breakfast room commented on how pathetic it was. A total of three unripe bananas on a Sunday morning... For all the guests? Hope you like Raisin Bran or Fruit Loops. It is A Continental bkfst, but... Come on.

We always want to support local business but I guessed not for this Inn if they don't take suggestion from the travelers seriously. Lots of TLC for the Inn as well as the staff.

Good to stay for sleeping

From the first step into the lobby where we were met with the faint smell of body odour and curry and the main sliding doors needing repair to the breakfast room where there was coffee, a jug of milk, a jug of orange juice, a few few slices of white bread and cereal this was a laughable experience. The waffle maker was plugged in but there was no batter. To say they provide breakfast was laughable as the guests sat in total disbelief as they tried to find the breakfast as advertised. There was no hotel staff to talk to in the morning and the guests who were present in the breakfast room all agreed this hotel had absolutely no intend to provide breakfast.

Barebones operation with broken equipment and no staff. Beds were terrible and breakfast was disgusting (just white bread for toast and some jam/spreads in the fridge).

Looks nice enough but very plain. Breakfast was cereal, bread, yogurt, apples, bananas, coffee, orange juice and milk.

This is a glorified Super 8. The area is sketchy looking and solitary. The lobby and the rooms have been given a bandaid remodel, but the bathrooms were left untouched. The rooms are not very well soundproofed, so we were kept awake by the lead feet stomping above us. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

The location was near my event, comfortable bed and pillows, room for parking, and great for staying a night while on the road.

Had to ask for towels plus they needed to clean the bathroom. Dirty mirror, tub& floor. No service to TV or internet. Called but just got excuses. Very limited breakfast. Would not recommend or stay there again. Pictures are not of the room we stayed in.

Convenient location right off the highway, but lacking presence by staff. Had to ring bell to summon someone to front desk to check in (he was there quickly), was given key and when I opened the door to my room, there was already someone in there! Unacceptable to see a lack of proper tracking of who checked out (or not!) - it felt unsafe - which was evident the next morning when there was a sign to simply leave your key (along with at least a dozen others) on the front counter - again, no staff present to manage and properly record the check out process. Following my uncomfortable experience with the first room, I found the new room very dark upon entry (blackout blinds closed, likely to keep heat out) which was not very welcoming. It was clean, but a little dated looking. I walked by a toilet plunger sitting on the floor in the hallway (gross!)… not sure what that was about but it was still there the next morning when I left. It was OK overall, but I will not choose to stay there again on my return leg through town.

We stayed for a night just waiting for the rest of our party. It was fine just for a bed to sleep in for the night. The tv didn’t work, the WiFi wasn’t reliable, and we had to tinker with the toilet to get it to flush every time. The room was superficially clean. With all that being said, it was an okay place to take a shower and sleep for the night on a budget.

My kids and I stayed the night and the people above us was very loud, there was loud thumping till about 11pm than it settled down. My kids had a hard time falling asleep.

It was the perfect place to lay your head. Beds were comfortable. And it was clean. But that was it. Not sure if it was new owners or what. Breakfast was nonexistent. Same stuff was there from the night before. Rang a bell for clerk. Just little things. But as I said, good place to sleep.
