Extremely well located, very clean, excellent breakfast, very helpful front desk

This hotel has great staff at the check in, the restaurant, and other staff. Equally important to the two of us, it was an easy walk to the Museums, Parliament, gardens, opera, metro (D and U3), buses, trams. it was very quiet at all hours.The breakfast bar rivaled our cruise ship breakfast bar. the room had two comfortable chairs, twin beds pushed together each with duvet, windows onto an inner court yard and a long writing desk with refrigerator underneath.

Close to the museums, parliament, and close access to transportation. Staff was really nice, polite and friendly!

Sent two requests online for late checkout . No reply and was told when asked that it is not available ! Otherwise pleasant stay and very walkable to the main attractions .

Nice location. Walkable around the Christmas markets and other touristy attractions. Lots of choices with the breakfast buffet.

Clean room with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking courtyard. Room was on the small side, but we were only there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Property was near restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

On holiday. Great location. Walk to most destinations, but trams make everything within reach.

Very difficult to get to as U2 metro line (nearest) is closed and trams stopped working so had to walk a very long way in the snow to get there. No empathy on arrival. Rooms small and very very dimly lit and dark furniture even with all lights on, but bathroom was ok, service at reception was reception was variable, some very good and helpful but others nonchalant, the biggest issue was that the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays, the rooms are very hot and difficult to cool because in winter you can only heat them not cool and in summer only cool and not heat. Definitely not 5 star, but near to one of Xmas markets, and once cracked the trams, got around ok,

We arrived after staying in 4 different 4* hotels in Portugal and Hungary. Particularly after arriving Panorama Hotel in Hungary that felt like 2 star in comparison. 1) Fabulous breakfast 2) Perfect location 10-20 min walk to all Centre attractions 3) Beautiful rooms 4) Nice helpful staff

the hotel overall is good. The rooms are well equipped, quiet. The single room perhaps a little small. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and of good quality (both savory and sweet). The hotel is in a convenient position to reach both the subway and the tram and in a few minutes you are in the center. I recommend the Hotel

Nice modern hotel within walking distance to many sights. A/C was strong which made for comfortable nights. Room had a smart TV which was nice! Unfortunately the parking garage was full so I had to find alternative parking elsewhere. Also it’s really hard to load and unload at the hotel. This resulted in a ticket from the police, which I didn’t find very tourist friendly. But overall a nice hotel

The hotel was close to the center and the historical buildings. The price/quality ratio was quite good, the rooms were adequate. The breakfast was tasty (with exstra served egg menu) and adequate for a 4 star hotel. As negatives, I would mention the following: The hotel has a notice that there is free on-site parking, but in the information email that the hotel sends, they state that parking is possible for EUR 30 in a garage near the hotel. Parking on the street costs EUR 17 per hour. Since I booked the hotel because of the advertised free parking, having to pay for parking was quite unpleasant surprise. We did not get any welcome drink as a Gold benefit. The hotel staff was fully Russian-speaking (probably Ukrainians or Russians), so you sometimes feel like you are visiting not Vienna, but Kiev.

Hotel in perfect location for centre & staff were excellent. Breakfast was first class. Would have liked a proper mini bar with beer/wine/soft drinks.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Steps away from the main Christmas Market in the city and also walking distance to city center.

The Levante was very modern and beautiful. It was close to the major sites in Vienna. Would stay here again.

All good - excellent room and ourteuos staff. One thing though, the bar/coffee shop was closed at 2pm when we tried to use our VIP ticket for complimentary drinks
