We are satisfied all services except breakfast is not very good

I had a very pleasant stay. Very clean. Quiet. The staff were awesome and friendly. Close to everything in and around Old Quebec. I would stay there again if the opportunity ever presents it self.

Comfortable, clean basic room and great location.

Everything was great, but during breakfast, the manager's expression was unpleasant. I couldn't tell if it was because they didn’t like me and my family or if that’s just how they look, but it was uncomfortable enough to notice. As a hotel owner in Manhattan myself, I would have immediately let go of any staff showing that kind of expression. It wasn’t just about enjoying the meal; I felt uneasy just sitting there because of it. The manager even took the salt and pepper from my table without saying a word. Shouldn’t they at least ask before doing that? It felt like they were grabbing something that belonged to them. It’s truly disappointing to be staying in the largest room for two nights at a hotel with such poor manners, only to feel upset two days in a row. I even felt bad for making my young son uncomfortable in this situation.

It was fine.

The staff were super friendly! We arrived with our dog and they gave us a map of the area with a list of dog friendly restaurants. The room was more spacious than I thought! Parking could be an issue (depending on your car size). Our car was too large to fit in the garage associated with the hotel, but we easily found street parking across from the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay!
