La ubicación estaba genial y nos dieron las instrucciones para el self check in por adelantado. Todo perfecto.

La chambre est vraiment juste un dortoir, avec un service minimum. Comme dit dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de personnel sur place. On a retrouvé pleins de cheveux dans la salle de bain, vraiment pas top niveau propreté. A noter que la chambre familiale est en demi sous-sol et donne sur la rue directement. C'était très bruyant lors de notre séjour, d'autant qu'il y avait des travaux la matinée pas loin. Pas de parking disponible également.

Really quiet and close to everything you want to see in Old Quebec. Super comfy bed and linens. Nespresso machine in the room was a great morning start. Cream and milk in fridge ... no powdered creamer! Very clean. Common kitchen space on the basement level was always clean and well stocked. A private outdoor patio is accessible from the kitchen area. Really good communication with smooth check-in and -out.

The room is understandably not large, given the era in which it was built. If you travel simply this room will be more than adequate for your needs.

Indications par courriel très claires. On répondait rapidement à nos messages. Tout l'équipement fonctionnait bien. Le lit était confortable. C'est vraiment tout près de Québec. Hôtel parfait si vous voyagez léger car les chambres sont petites.

On est arrivés entre 2 saisons et il n'y avait aucune ventilation dans la chambre et c'était impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Il faisait 25 C dans les aires communes et trop chaud dans notre chambre. L'éclairage devant le lavabo était déficient

Charming “ old world “ boutique hotel. great location. , central walking to everything in the old city. Quiet street. Very comfortable bed. Off site staff extremely attentive and informative.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The bonus was they had a full kitchen in basement thot had a full fridge, stove and microwave with cutlery plates and pots. with a Table and chairs to sit and eat. Great location.

Room was very small with no closet. One room on second floor with balcony had a bathroom so small that when you sat on toilet you had to open shower door or you knees would hit the door.

I like how close the hotel to my work meetings. The hotel felt very classic and like the digital access of it. I like the red carpet, and bed was comfortable. I loved the view of the chateau.

I could heard other people in the hallway and steps around, that's was a bit uncomfortable. I tried to talk to out stuff when they were cleaning my room, I used Google translate and that didn't work.

my parents loved the location. there’s no staff and it’s all automated or via text but check in and checkout was seamless

The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to attractions and restaurants. It was a very quiet street!

The room was very small and a bit cramped. We never saw any staff. We would have liked to have had more coffee the morning after our 2nd night but housekeeping never visited our room to refill the coffee supplies.

The parking was a little cumbersome. But still it wasn't a deal breaker

The staff was exceptional. We always got a quick, helpful response via text to any/all of our questions. The location is optimal. It has a quaint, traditional feel to it. Very clean. And it was so nice to have a communal kitchen for making tea at the end of the day. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was a little chilly but we had no trouble getting extra blankets.

The bed was really stiff and as though I know it's an old building and it has charm and corks the bathroom was really small. We couldn't sit on the toilet without opening the shower door and we are not large people.

Perfect location, cozy and snug private basement room with windows looking out onto the street and Chateau Frontenac. The room design has a cozy cabin feel, mini fridge, coffee machine, a table with chairs set with cutlery, tv, two beds and a clean modern bathroom with a tub. Loved the contactless check-in. Extra blankets and towels available in common basement area next to common basement kitchen that includes lots of fridge space, toaster oven, and even champagne flutes to use.

I thought the kitchen was private and included with the basement room only upon booking based on photos and description.

The hotel has a very good location and although there was no staff located in the hotel, the reception was very helpful through emails.

The tiny bathroom smelled mouldy, and the sink was beside the bed.
