Hotel staff was excellent esspecially the guy thatvdrove the hotel shuttle.

When we walked in the front doors to the check in desk, it smelled of cigarette smoke inside that I almost canceled and booked another hotel. The lady checking me in was so nice, though, I changed my mind. The carpet was very sticky and there was no body soap or body wash, just face soap.

Staff was awesome!

My husband and I traveled 15 hours straight to Mobile to pick up a new puppy and had a reservation through Hotels.com for the Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Providence Park/Airport. We arrived at dinnertime and were greeted by Ms. Jocelin H. and Ms. Tyra B who were working at the front desk. The hotel was clean, up-to-date and was very aesthetically pleasing. The lobby was lovely and had lots of tables and seating for the free breakfast that we had the next morning. We went to our room, which was very clean and had a very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower. We settled in and then came back to the lobby to find a place to eat. Jocelin and Tyra let us know that Bonefish Grill was still open and a very close walk from the hotel and that the restaurant offered a discount for hotel guests. We decided to eat there, however, because it was raining so hard, they called Ms. Jackie B. to drive us over in the shuttle and when we were done, Jackie returned to retrieve us. When we got up to have breakfast, both Jocelin and Tyra were working the Front Desk again! They only had a short break and were already back at work, still as cheerful as the day before. All three ladies were so pleasant and so accommodating, we loved chatting with them. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again, and would recommend that if you are staying in the Mobile, AL area and need a hotel, please go see the ladies at Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Providence Park/Airport.

States onsite bar ect it does not pool area needs work. Just ok

Computer system down for extended time caused check in probs. Staff was great but hands tied. I was not happy that I could not cancel one of my two nights due to a flight delay. This may have been an Expedia issue but not goid

We had a really nice stay. They were really friendly and the breakfast was good.

Everyone was friendly, kind, considerate and professional. Room was clean, breakfast decent. Everything easy access for handicapped.

This is a fairly new Hampton Inn and it was very clean and comfortable. Convenient to downtown Mobile and our relatives. The staff was by far the best thing about our stay! From the minute we walked in until we checked out the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and approachable. I can't recall having such a nice group there to greet us in any other hotel!

Melissa at the front desk was EXCELLENT!! Friendly, very welcoming and dedicated to her job. Saw her again in the morning. She was back because someone called off. She is an excellent employee and hopefully you all recognize that.

The staff was fantastic! The room, property, parking, and everything about the stay was outstanding as well. Excellent restaurants within two minutes of walking. 15 minutes away from the golf course. Gas station right across the street. Many dining options within 5 to 10 minutes by vehicle. Thank you!
