All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The underground parking was great and the hotel was centrally located. The only downside is the proximity to the sea plane terminal which meant you could not sleep in.

We are 7 in our group, I requested 2 rooms if not connecting, at least adjoining or in the same floor. We checked in at 3:45pm and we are willing to wait until 4pm for the check in time... the lady said we can check-in. We are not even done, she's already out the door to go home... when we checked our room keys, she only checked us in 1 room, so I told to another lady... and literally told her to put us closer to each other... I knew that 4 pm is the start of the check in... and I knew that there's a lot of available rooms (there's no people checking in just us bec it's Thurs, its even weekdays.. but that lady said no more availability so she has to put the other room to the 5th floor whereas the other on the 2nd in spite of requesting to put us in the same floor.

I would highly recommend the Oswego. Our second time staying there. Love the kitchenette and amenities. And great value for a Harbour adjacent property.

Our suite was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen area had everything we needed. Great location just off the Main Street and close to the ferry.

It’s our 2nd stay in that hotel. Even it’s not often hot in Victoria it would have been good to have an AC. We just opened the windows during the night and it was ok. The location is pretty good, just 5min by foot to downtown Victoria or to the peer …

A great stay but not as “ posh” as we thought it might be considering the price. Our brunch was good but the bacon and “ hash browns” were over-cooked and it would have been nice to be able to order some fresh fruit-7/10

The Oswego is a fantastic boutique hotel, about a 5 minute walk from Victoria's harbor, about a 15 minute walk from downtown, and also about a 15 minute walk to the Dallas Road waterfront. We had an amazing suite, with a separate bedroom, a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area with a balcony, and bathroom.

Great hotel in great location. 4 of us shared a 2 bed/2 bath suite and plenty of room for everyone, staff very friendly.

Stayed 1 night with family to visit Victoria for a special sports event. The property was in a very nice area with lots of walkable sights. Staff very pleasant upon arrival. Room was a good size. Well appointed and comfortable. Nice kitchen that would have been great if we’d stayed longer. I’d recommend to friends and stay again if the price was right.

Hotel was centrally located the staff was exceptional the rooms were well appointed with a nice view and the hotel service staff and cleanliness was superlative

Awesome experience

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very accommodating, especially Paulina. She was able to switch our room once we found out it was not accessible for my mobility impaired mother. The hotel is in a great location, safe, and quiet. Walkable to the harbor and many tourist areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Poorly managed, inexperienced staff, and limited dining options (no room service). We stayed for eight nights and the room was only cleaned by housekeeping four times.

Have stayed here multiple times on trips to Victoria. Good comfortable clean hotel, spacious rooms. Great position, very walkable. Recommended. (My only complaint is that shower pressure could be better.)

Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and spacious. Amenities abound. We would have liked A/C on warmer nights, but ceiling and floor fans helped.

In building parking not accessible/secure parking- staff did not have knowledge of parking rules, or where to park as demarked height of parking entrance was incorrect.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Oswego. It is in a nice, quiet location close to all the main sites. Two things to note, more so as observations than complaints. 1. The hotel advertises their pet friendliness and this was part of what motivated our decision to book. There was a cute note and a treat for our dog, but not the other perks that were noted when we booked (dog bed, bowls, etc.). Again, not really a complaint per se but for the room price and the fact it was specifically advertised on their page and website, we did expect it. 2. We were surprised that the room refresh didn’t include making the bed? When we arrived back in our room after a long day we initially thought the room hadn’t been cleaned up at all, but then noticed towels folded. So someone had been in the room and tidied, but did not make the bed. Not the end of the world, but surprising.

No AC or pool but everything else was excellent

As advertised. Located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood while still being walkable into downtown shops/restaurants. Fully equipped with mini fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and everything you’d need to stay for any duration. A great stay overall.
