We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect.. the price was great…there was parking..the rooms were clean..the owner and staff were accommodating and lovely… and there was a great continental breakfast !

Our hosts were very friendly, accommodating and gave us the privacy we enjoy. The atmosphere was historically classic. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We really got the feel of old Victoria. Would recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone we know.

Beautiful home. Extraordinary location. Ample tasty wholesome breakfast.

Needed convenient hot water for tea in morning. Pretty small quibble. We use hot water from room, which was pretty convenient for us.

Everything about this place is charming. There are four cups of caffeinated coffee for the morning, bottles of water, two chocolate squares, extra towels and much more.

.The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. There were sitting areas outside and in the living room and dining room. I appreciated that there was coffee, tea and breakfast items. There were bottles of water available for the guests. Also, there was a variety of toiletries in the bathroom to use. I loved the antique furniture within the inn.

Perfect location, close to Fisherman's wharf and downtown Victoria. Inn is cozy and simple and make you feel like home Strongly recommend if you're looking for a nice, comfy and friendly atmosphere.

We stay here quite often when we celebrate a Anniversary or a Birthday etc as we live just outside Victoria and don't want to drive home so we can stay up late and have a few drinks etc. The rooms are spacious, restaurants/bars close, attractions near by and the huge double tub inviting. What more can you ask for...

It was amazing stay and worth every penny. Close to the city but in a very quiet neighbourhood. Clean and interesting house, if you like historic places, it is perfect. Highly recommended.
