Parking sucks , room was cold no heat

I like that it’s close to downtown. That’s all.

There are a number of things I didn’t like. Dirty linens, bloody pillows and mattress, stinking blankets, molding bath tubs and dirty carpet flooring just to name a few. The audacity to charge cleaning fee is ridiculous.

Huge bed and comfortable and the price and location is good walking distance to the center

Noisy area, couldn’t sleep the whole night. The coffee maker was not clean. The TV did not work.

The beds were comfortable king size.

The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Water was coming from under the base after every flush. The pillow covers didn't appear to be very clean, had some stains.

The bed was comfortable

The condition of the bath tub sealing and the duck tape in the elevator

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly

I liked the proximity to everything downtown

The lack of security on the suite doors. there was only a deadbolt that didn’t make us feel very secure. the door also didn’t shut on its own we had to make sure it was pulled or pushed closed behind us. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either, lots of mold in the corners and it didn’t appear like anyone had swept or vacuumed under the vanity in quite some time.

All staff were good with excellent service. Mr Jane at reception was very kind and helpful. I recommend he should be awarded from his company with his excellent service and helped me even underground parking. The cleaner Mr Sami was very repectfull. I will recommend my friend to stay in his place .
