Stay was good. Just slept over for a night. Quiet and comfy.

I thought I would try this Hotel for the 1st time. I made my reservation through Hotels.com. When I arrived, I was told that their was no room available, that they were sold out.
I went on-line and booked another Hotel.

This review was long overdue. Amy the new manager was awesome. I used to come here frequently and had stopped because prior management was not accommodating. If I arrived before 3 PM they will always make me wait sometimes up to an hour even if they had rooms available. I for one welcome the change and nothing better to wak up to the counter and have a smile waiting for you specially after a long drive.

Horrible disgusting hotel. They didn’t even have extra pillows for the pullout bed. The person at the desk would give any pillows either. Crackheads everywhere.

Didn't like all the traffic noise from the road out front, which is beyond their control. Everything else was as advertised and worked as it should. Staff were very helpful.

I slept one night out of the booked three nights. Why? I woke up to a cockroach on the refrigerator. Need I say more?
They should've refunded me for that one night and the inconvenience of finding another hotel...but they didn’t.

Our room smelled like mold and mildew. Was informed by front desk staff this was because of the area the hotel was located in. Which was a lie as my daughter also had a room at the hotel that did not smell. When asked if we could have a new room, we were informed the hotel was full, which i doubt as the parking lot was not nearly full. Ended up checking out early, was told we would not get refunded. When i again told a different peraon at the front desk about why we were checking out, she replied oh we will just ha e maintenance look at it, they can fix it, we cant rent the room if it smells that bad. Okay so 2 questions, after i said something the first time, why didn't maintenance take a look at it, and second it was okay to expect me to pay and stay there but not the next person. Very upset and unhappy!

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't notified that the pool has been out of order for the last week. Also, vending machines weren't stocked.I try to overlook the mildew smell.Maybe because of the carpet

Pool was not functional. Room was clean. No towel service for my second night stay. No room service for the second night stay which was ok, but, I paid the same for both nights. Not very fair.

I wish the pool was open. Breakfast was okay. I like that there were restaurants that were walking distance. Overall the stay was okay.

The stay was amazing the staff were very friendly if you ever visit Atlanta trust me this location is a must it’s quick access to the highways by far did it for me made it easy to navigate around the city. Most likely I’m staying here going forward until I move to Atlanta hands down 10/10 hotel trust me😎

This was a great stay! The hotel was nice and clean, the rooms were nice and actually had a fridge and microwave that was a plus. Parking was nice too, in my view parking should be complementary to any hotel you stay at. There were a few food options near by and the area seemed pretty chill. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am needing to be in this area.

The staff were friendly and the dining area was kept clean. Only issue was my room smelled damp, musty, and rug felt damp.

Felicia was at the front desk when we checked in. Super helpful and kind!! Made sure we got a crib and that we had enough room for it in our room. Genuinely cared about helping us and making sure all was well.

The staff was friendly, the room nice and clean. The pool was not open, it had a sign out of order. Other than that it was a good stay would stay there again

This was overnight stop for us. Easy access off of major road, staff was super nice, Nicole who checked us in was wonderful. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. Very nice area, good dining about 5 min away. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
