It was good minus the ridiculous price increase!

This hotel is very dated. The bathrooms for sure need updating. The kitchen is ok. The mattresses need updating. My husband asked for something at the front desk and they said they would bring it up. Two hours later he went down again and they had no idea what he was talking about. Lots and lots of kids teams during our stay. The lobby and breakfast room are nice. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

pool was not as warm as I’d like and the air was blowing in there, buffet had 2 kinds of sausage, no bacon or potatoes. Very good service.

The Holiday Inn was a little out of the way, but it was a very good place to stay. Would book a room again.

Hotel was what I expected ( which is a good thing ). The only complaint I have was the internet needs to be upgraded . I had trouble at different times , on different days , with buffering on twitter / facebook.

It was a very comfortable trip. Staff was caring, no issue at all. Everything was so convenient.

Upon arrival and check in we were sent to the wrong room with a hotel guest already in our room. Luckily the guest staying in our room didn’t open the door but was upset.
The room we got transferred to had the worst beds ever and we were supposed to be upgraded to two king beds which never happened. Overall it’s a good hotel but our experience this time was not the greatest.

Overall a decent hotel and fairly priced. The hotel shuttle bus to the airport is good. My advice would be to boon hotel closer to the airport as in this location there isn’t much food choice and the breakfast the hotel provides, whilst free of charge, is very poor. Very nice helpful and friendly staff there, but hotel is dated. Pool and Gym ok.

At checkin, I mentioned that we had just arrived on Amtrak. Had to endure several minutes of unwanted information about trains in central India. Asked for easiest access to my room 311, I was sent to back door, very far from room, with keys that would not open the back door. No maid service because of the holiday. Sofa bed not comfortable, needs to be thicker.

Surround by farmland but sit with a indoor water park and cinema. Quite in the night.
No room service if you don't ask for. Towels are not very dry and soft due to over usage. Bathroom floor has dry dirt at corner.
Breakfast has a spare room for busy time.
Generally feels a little below HI Express average quality.

Bed is too hard that hurts our back can’t sleep on it. Wake up with very bad back pain, we stay in this hotel quite a few times never experience this before. Need to switch out the bed in room 315.
