the stay was special nice there and place was realy lovely

If you're looking for just a place to sleep then this is fine. If you're looking for "somewhere nice" then this is probably not it.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Stamford Hill with a short distances to local shops. During the stay the hotel was in the middle renovation on their reception and food hall. This is now completed and it looks quite nice. The staff when they are around are not very helpful and speak broken English. If it wasnt for the location of this place it would have got a worse review.What I can say positive is that the hotel owner is very helpful and willing to help anyway possible to make your stay comfortable.If you are not looking for a 5* place but for a great location then this is the place for you.

It was rebuilding, and not very clean in general. The rooms was not clean at all. 1,1 km to nearest undergrouund.

Hotel is being renovated so looks like a building site. Loud drilling and construction noises woke me in the morning.

This hotel was under construction while I was booked, and the staff was very accommodating under those circumstances. Breakfast was great, and I spoke with most of the staff there who did their best to make me feel at home. I wish them the best with their renovations, it's great to see their new dining room come together.

The hotel is under renovations so there is no entrance -just used the restaurant- nor reception. It will be fine when finished but I would not recommend it now to anyone.

Super cheap and super loud. Seriously. A guy whispering in the room next to me woke me up. The walls are too thin. And it is not clean. I accidentally spilled soap on the bathroom floor and when I went to clean it up along came too much dirt.

I must tell you the staff aren't very nice and the room service person walked into my room without even knocking this is shameful. Plus there costumer service sucks

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS ON HERE!! Arrived at around 9:30 in the evening after a 500 mile drive to find that the car park that was promised was inaccessible and was full with cars visiting the restaurant attached. The lady on reception was rude and spoke at me as appose to to me. Myself and my colleague looked to find food from the hotel restaurant, we was made to feel very unwelcome from the staff and its patrons, there was no menu or pricing and all spoke in what i believe to be Hebrew. Our room door had previously been kicked in and the wall outside was battered and all the door frame split - their fix was to attach a bathroom style slide lock to keep the door shut. If this "hotel" was situated anywhere but London it would be classed as a hostel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE....

Typical british small family run hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but left you to yourself which was nice. It was good value for money, considering its position in north london. The room was small but clean with en suite, air con and a quiet fridge! The decoration of the room (rm 120) was nice and the bathroom was newly refitted but the sink rattled a little. All the ammenities provided incuding a continental breakfast with a jewish twist. Im vegetarian so i didnt try the fish but the cereal toast fruit etc was nice. There was some jewish cake (lovely), olives and salad on offer. Overall, dont expect nirvana with the price you pay but its a good little hotel.

My room was at the front of the hotel so I was able to see my car was secure. The traffic noise from the road was minimal but nothing a set of earplugs couldn't solve.
