Nothing short of terrible, DO NOT bother coming here if you have a young family.
The air conditioning unit is not working leaving the infants room at 35°, the alternatives offered DO NOT solve the issue at all. We will not be back. The manager was rude and aggressive towards our whole travel party, and didn’t seem to understand the seriousness of a 18month old sleeping in a 35° room with zero airflow. We was also told we would be refunded 2 nights but barely got a partial refund for 1 night and despite asking for nearly 2 days they have no answers. We had to sleep on a couch in our friends room as they couldn’t fix the aircon or provide an alternative until 2 days later. Will never be back.

Lovely unit with great ocean view. Close walk to light rail, short walk into main part of Surfers Paradise. Comfortable bed, pillows were ok, strong shower pressure, good size kitchen, could not fault really.

The apartment is spacious and clean, it has a great sized balcony to look at the views, we could see the ocean, the city and the mountains from ours. Easy check in /check out process. The bed rooms are big and the bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommend.

The stay was amazing! Property was well maintained and clean. Great facilities. Rooms were spacious and clean with good amenities in the rooms. Was very close to the beach and restaurants. Overall was excellent.

Easy afterhours check-in process, friendly staff, amazing views, perfect location to beach, public transport and restaurants/shops - so glad we chose to stay here. Could have done with a few extra towels given the length of our stay and most of the time when we were at the hotel - reception was closed. But apart from that minor detail - our stay was excellent!!!

Apartment was good value for money. Great location and walking distance to public transport , beach, cafes and restaurants, and shops. However there are little things which could be improved. Wifi reception was good in the living room but poor in the bedroom and tv kept disconnecting due to poor wifi, and the end bit of some of the curtains were damaged allowing light to come thru in morning.

Really nice place to stay, super close to surfers paradise beach and walking distance to all the shops. Only downside was that the bedroom had see through curtains so wasn’t very dark during the night and would get woken up super early in the morning,

I love this place. Second time I’ve stayed here. Ground floor amenities are excellent whether you want to work out or relax or both, it’s all there. Beach is two minute walk away, the view is amazing from the room and the balcony space is perfect. The tram is two minutes from front door. WiFi quality and connectivity is A1. Don’t have my next Gold Coast trip booked yet but I know where I’ll be staying.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms are little bit outdated, it was also quite dirty especially in the bathroom and toliet. My room was also not serviced the whole time I was there, and I ran out of toliet paper and towels despite me ringing reception with no answer.

We stayed for five nights but would not stay again. The unit we had, was very dirty, many stains on worn carpet and bathroom vanity had many cracks in it, the shower drainage was blocked. The outside main balcony was covered in mould and we couldn’t use it. The oven was filthy with no baking dish. Cockroaches in bathroom and the valance on the bed was placed upside down! Inside windows were filthy, all in all not a good place to stay. The units only have two lift’s, I would hate to be in the place when it’s busy.

We did find pest activity in our apartment and told the receptionist at check out and the reaction seemed it was not a surprise. They apologized but that definitely put a damp In the experience.

Stayed there for a few nights in a two bedroom standard apartment. The floor felt sticky and there were a couple things left behind from the previous people who stayed there. There was also a funky smell coming from the air con. We have a large family car and the parking spaces in the basement were very narrow. The hotel was easy to get to which was a plus. Overall, apartment was average.

the place was wonderful. however, there was some rubbish left behind by the previous guest that I suppose the cleaner didn't find. there was mould in the bathroom sink but once that was washed away the place was amazing. perfect walking distance to the shops and beach and tram stop a 4 minute walk away. would recommend to stay. would go again.
