The property was very clean; but at this price point, small maintenance issues really stand out. Items such as paint peeling, wall cracks, and non functioning lights make the property look tired and unloved.

The place is very run down, dirty, dark. Doors to balcony didn't lock due to building moving. Sheet were clean, but blankets had dried food marks. They need washing. The springs in the bed keep jabbing me in different places every time i rolled over. Drains in the bathroom blocked. The seal around the bath was gone, so water will be leaking under the bath. Dishers dirty enough to stick together, gross. We will never stay there again.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, even though it wasn't completely wheelchair friendly in the bathrooms they helped us with providing a plastic chair for our daughter to shower on.

A very nice and spacious two bedroom apartment right in between the metro station (Florida Gardens) and the beach (Wharf Road Beach). Even with the facility being a little dated, everything was in proper working condition. Even with the beach so close, we enjoyed staying by the heated pool and the spa pool in the evenings. All in all, great service and would defiantly recommend staying!

The unit we had was tired, had broken bed head, leaking taps and very tired kitchen. It was functional, but owners need to spend some dollars to upgrade. Don't know what other the units are like or if in similar condition. The grounds and common areas were great.

The location of the resort is great close by to places we want to go. However, the conditions of the accommodation is outdated and the carpet is very old. Very poor renovation to the bathroom. The bed was not good. It has no springs and it sinks when you sleep on it. Bad for back. I had a soared back after sleeping in that bed. We arrived on the weekend and had no WiFi connection access given till Monday. After given access, we could not connect WiFi either as it keeps saying account expires or something.

The location is fab and proximity to beach and tram station. I liked being in a local suberb but close to all tourist action. The gardens were beautiful and the pool area well maintained.

We had issues with the first apartment we were given. It wasn't in good condition and was due to be renovated the following week. We were offered a much better apartment the next day. All the staff were lovely and were keen to resolve our issues. We stayed one more night than we'd originally booked.

This place was awesome was so close to surfers paradise that u could walk .The unit was fantastic, clean and comfortable .Staff was very friendly and helpful.Definately stay again .

All was easy ref check in after hours. The Appt was great, plenty of room. All floors had tiles and could have done with a rug here and there as floor was cold to feet.

Was allocated a top floor room on the 3rd floor, there are no lifts, so if you are fit no problem, if you have any issues with legs or hips you must stipulate with the hotel direct (not with Hotel.com) or it will cost you an unreasonable amount of money 100.00 to change the room they have put you in, if you do not like noise then stipulate not to be next to families as the walls are quite thin. Wifi kept dropping out

It was only about 5 minutes walk to town which was awesome for us. The shower pressure was excellent. It had a full kitchen that we didnt need to use due to town being so close but it would be ideal for people with kids or on a limited budget. The grounds were tidy and the pool was cool for the hot days we were there.

Had an enjoyable stay. Bed comfortable. Facilities great and what wasn't was very minor and did not dampen our stay. Kitchen could have been stocked better with everyday items, i.e. sharp knife. Extra chairs on balcony would have been great seeing we had a 2 bedroom apartment but only 2 chairs on balcony. Only disappointing thing was finding out that there was no lift in the complex and had to walk up to the third level carrying our luggage - no mean feat when you have two artificial hips. Should have been warned about this. Manager and wife were lovely. Location to tram stop and beach were fantastic and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The 3 bedroom apartment that I booked, said to have air conditioning.
However once we arrived we found out non of the 3 rooms in the apartment except the living room had ac.

I had a two bed room apartment. Kitchen and laundry included. It was perfect for the few days we were there felt like a home not a hotel. Pool and underground secure parking included, also very close to beach and shops only 30mins drive to all theme parks
