Amazing!

This property is on one of the most expensive areas. It’s not wallow to the town but the views are amazing and hosts the best DJs. The security and services are excellent. The hotel recently was acquired by a company in Dubai and the rooms will be renovated.

Fantastic vibe if you looking to enjoy poolside tunes with a fresh beverage. Again another hotel that doesn’t offer complimentary coffee in the room.

Love the pool area and public areas of the hotel. Rooms are perfectly comfortable but are a little small at the price (and shower is in the room). Drinks and food at the pool are very expensive. Breakfast also pricey

we were there for closing which made it convenient BUT they forgot our dinner reservation . rooms are small and old, there are better

Great atmosphere, great amenities

Having a bathroom with a door is not an upgraded but a basic expectation, we had a room with NO door the bath shower area and were told all rooms were the same until 2 nights later we asked other people and found out it was a lie, after complaining we were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a door. I’m sorry but this is a basic expectation.

Fantastic hotel, the suite was amazing, you could almost live in it full time!

The property is located outside of the party zone which I personally enjoyed. It’s has a nice Spanish vibe and it’s not a massive resort like some other ones in Ibiza. The beach club is a plus as there are people coming from outside. Daily guest DJs at the pool is also a plus. Great music. Dining was limited and very pricey for the quality of food. No other food options near the property. No grocery store. No coffee shop. Nowhere to get snacks etc. There is no coffee in the rooms which for the price was shocking to me. Also, fridge can only be used if planning to use the items inside which requires a €400 or €500 deposit. Not sure how people that require the fridge for insulin or other medications bypass this. The only item in the room that’s complementary was two small cans of water.

The staff was top notch all around.

The grounds were very pretty and the food at the restaurant was very good but I didn’t know there was a party at the pool every day. I did not use the pool once. I knew they had parties but I didn’t know it was every day. Also the gym was very bad. They have space for a nice gym but it was absolutely hideous. I will not stay there again. Definitely not worth the price.

If you are looking for a pretty party pad this is great, but if you want good service look elsewhere. All the staff does is blame each other. We were supposed to have a car-that we asked for and never saw. We arranged a pick up from port that never arrived despite being told it was confirmed. We emailed and texted to confirm and no one even answers the phone at the hotel. We told the concierge and he accused me of lying. They clearly love to take American money and then make fun of Americans. Great party, terrible staff. Have respect for the guests and their time. No one explained you need a reservation at the pool or restaurant even if a guest. They were both empty at the time! I inquired for weeks about special reservations I could make and got no reply. Only to find out they had a Leo party (it was my husbands Leo bday) and told us they had no spots left even though we booked the most expensive room they sell. All in all we made it a great time despite their snickers and rudeness at every request.

Highly recommend. The resort is gorgeous with amazing parties and beautiful people ! My only recommendation is to have a coffee machine in a 1000 a night room plz

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel and facilities were clean and I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location, fun atmosphere with a DJ playing all day. Club access was great. The Ibiza Spicy cocktail was delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience from start to finish , excellent staff, beautiful property and good food / music. I would recommend renting a car however as the taxis take a while to get to the hotel.

The room (2613) is very old and worn down and need a renovation. And the beds are for or from a cheep hotels. Linnen and pillows are okej but not wow. The amience outside the room is very nice. The reception area is nice. Staff is 50/50. Half is fantastic and love the job and other half is grumpy and feels a bit bored. This does not reflect 800 euros a night for a simple dubble room. Its more like a 250 euro level. The performance by solomon and other are nice but still not match the money. Raise the base quality and you will get much happier guests. Its an amazing place. The whole Pacha group should have theire own scent like eg. 1hotels.

The hotel location is great and the outdoor pool / sunbeds are a big plus. However the hotel facilities could be refreshed a bit. It felt a bit overpriced. Also be aware of the very loud music everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel pool, lobby, rooms, and outdoor areas are very pretty. It feels like a large villa kind of vibe. The regular rooms are very small so keep that in mind when booking one that is not a suite. The service is very good but nothing exceptional. For the category I would expect more upbeat and attentiveness. Overall a great hotel with some room for imrpovement but would stay again.

Really nice staff, great breakfast, good pool vibe and layout, convenient location. But very tired rooms that have seen better days, annoying admin to get a decent pool bed (they prioritise external guests) and useless concierge. Okay but could be great. Probably better options these days in Ibiza. Just visit for the pool!

had a good time, during the birthday celebrations of a friend. given all the imposed restrictions on the island, the perfect place to enjoy some relaxing times.
