There were a few things missing (eg, bathmat, egg flipper, paring knife) but these were all provided during the complimentary mid-stay cleaning. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well located. Loved the lappool and hot tub.

Lovely apartment in a good location- wish we could have been in the area longer to enjoy the amenities
Downside is the reception is closed Sunday so we couldn’t leave our luggage for later collection and this wasn’t something we were made aware of before booking. Also a lot of traffic noise despite being on a high level

Very friendly staff and people staying or living in the apartments. Easy transport to Pacific Fair or Australia Fair. The apartment had a beautiful view and loved the amount of space. Only downside was a lot of lights didn't work and the maintenance of the property was a little dated. Otherwise very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week with 7 people. It was an excellent space with easy access to various amenities in the area. The pools and spa were awesome too. A perfect launching point for theme parks and shopping. 😀

Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.

Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

I loved how the apartment had windows everywhere up on the 22nd floor. What a great view we had when we sat out at the deck! It had a kitchen and a washer and dryer also.

Firstly the WOTIF property name is nowhere on the property; this is NOT Brighton on Broadway Shores, the property is named as Shores and that was VERY hard to find.
Secondly their is nowhere to park prior to booking in unless you know there are bays available underground for shoppers
Thirdly identification of underground parking bays is ATROCIOUS and added another 30 minutes to the check in process
Fourth, the lift key fob provided did NOT WORK and I was stranded in the lift (without phone reception) for another 30 minutes until let out by a resident using the car park
The unit itself was VERY nice and well worth the price; the location after day one proved excellent and the A/Hours support was very good, thanks

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment it was so spacious bigger than my house. The views were sensational. We had everything we needed and more. 5 out of 5. Will definately stay again.

Communication leading up to our stay was great. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was quite hot as there was no cooling on and it took a long while for it to cool. On the second night it was a little cool through the night but there was only a sheet on one of the beds. No blanket or doona. Outdoor furniture on the balcony was a 2 seater only, even though it was a 2 bedroom and 4 of us staying, and the balcony furniture was quite old and needs replacing. Would have expected much better for the price we paid.

Beds were a little firm, 2 dining chairs were wobbly and we paid an absolute peak price but apart from that it was great.

We needed somewhere central for a few days. Our unit at Brighton on Broadwater Shores was perfect. The tram stop was a very short walk, as well as a Woolworths Metro, and a number of cafes and restaurants.
Our one-bedroom unit was large and well-appointed, and had the most wonderful views over the Broadwater. I understand that there are units with more bedrooms available.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect right opposite a supermarket and tram stop. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. Great facilities. Only downside was the shower was not clean. Other than that we will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Lovely, well equipped apartment. So handy having woolworths across the road along with cafes and numerous other shops, ie, chemist, hairdressers etc.
Loved the pool and the table tennis table in the complex.

The property had everything, it was clean, the rooms were big, the inside pool was great didn’t swim in the outside one. The view from our balcony of Southport was spectacular and the location of the hotel had everything at your finger tips. Highly recommended for any persons

Fantastic view of marina and seaworld area from lounge area. Only down side is no blackout blinds in bedrooms so it was likefull daylight at 6am. If this might bother you wear an eye mask othetwise was fabulous. Excelkent location -had free secure parking, resturants under building and a metro woolies next door Great facilities incl pool etc short drive to thene parks or Cavil ave Highy recommend apartment 2604

Close to everywhere - the mall, Restaurant. Very quiet area and less busy that surfers paradise. Free parking. Cooking facility, washing machine, dryer all provided. Fox cable TV is also provided. Free WiFi. Elegant furnishings wouldn’t stay anywhere else after this
