I accidentally booked a handicap room but it was ok.. My biggest complaint was the jumping on the floor upstairs from us.. I Know the hotel is kid/ family friendly and I like that.. My daughter was with me but the kids were so loud and jumping in the room directly above us so it was not relaxing and we could not sleep because it was constant. Also, I didn’t know the hotel was pet friendly and my allergies got the best of me so the fur affected my allergies. I did enjoy the breakfast though and the nice staff.

Our first time stay, and will be booking here again at our future trip. We have everything we needed, and it’s pet friendly too. Pet fee is a little stiff for $75 if you’re staying for 1 night only. It is $75 for 1-6 days, and $150 if staying 7 days or longer. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay.

Our stay was great! It was very friendly very clean and very comfortable. Most importantly it was centrally located and we had access to pretty much everything that we wanted to do. I just recommended it to a friend today and I’m sure they’ll be booking soon.

My finance and I just left Staybridge Suites in Gulf Shores today and honestly we didn’t want to leave! The entire staff from the front desk managers to the nice people that prepared the breakfast every morning were extremely polite and helpful! They were all quick to answer any question we had as well as accommodate us if we need assistance with anything. Momma E the night auditor and Shanice from the housekeeping staff both should be highlighted because they made our stay memorable. Momma E was basically our tour guide without leaving the property with us lol. She told us about some fun things to do as well as nice places to eat to name a couple! Shanice went above and beyond to help as well! Thank you all For making our stay wonderful and we plan to visit again really soon! Nakeia & Jamal!😊💖

Family decided to stay one extra night in the Gulf Shores area and could’ve made a better choice for the money. Excellent staff, very clean lobby and room. Also top notch breakfast with great fresh fruit and unlimited self serve fountain drinks. They have happy hour Monday-Wednesday which was buffet loaded fries that were great and Michelob Ultra on draft as well as several wine options and fountain drinks all complimentary. Also complimentary bags of ice in the lobby!

It's a very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. The food was good in the morning. I would highly recommend it. I was there for business, but I would go back for pleasure, at this time I wish to thank all the staff. Thanks for everything. Have a good day.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, elevator works and the pool was open. Very convenient location to beaches and shopping.

Excellent stay for my Wife and I during our honeymoon!

The property was just okay. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t terrible, it could have been better. A little dust and dirt still in the bathroom and living area of the room. The stairwell reeked of dog and dog urine.

Excellent service, great staff, free washers and dryers, good food for breakfast and the afternoon social hour! Close to the beach and everything we needed.

Custome service was great, but the room had a very funny smell, that we could not get out, even with air freshener. It smelled like an old room that had been locked up and never used… not sure if the smell was from the carpet, which appeared old, or the AC unit. Wasn’t bad for one night, but don’t think I would book here again.

The first day we were there the handle fell off the inside room door leaving us stuck in there. My husband fixed it the best he could so we could get in and out. The second day we flushed the toilet and that handle fell off. It took several hours for that to be fixed. We had to get a room key minimum once a day but usually 2-3 times. We would check that it worked and come back 5 minutes later and it wouldn’t work again. Very frustrating. We kept it separate from our wallet and cell phones. The people above us were jumping around until 10:30-11 each night and the room directly across had a dog that never stopped barking. Staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed the stay. I will definitely stay there again. It was very clean. Staff was friendly, professional, & expedited anything we needed. The breakfast options were terrific. My family was not ready to leave.

Let me start out by saying I stay in multiple hotels throughout the year in several country’s and never leave bad review. I left a personal item at this hotel valued at over $80 and that was totally my fault. I called the hotel within hours to have someone retrieve the item and they never called me back as promised I called two more times and they said if and when they found it they would call me. I explained to the desk clerk that they would have to find it because I left it. I finally stopped by in person after 48 hours of getting no returned call back and they could not locate the item. I believe someone at this property is taking guest personal property home and they have no honest way of managing lost and found.

Love the small kitchen

Do NOT allow them to give you a room on the bottom floor right next to the door to outside! People have ran on and out all night and morning and have kept us awake! The bathroom shower had rust stains in it. People above us stomping on our ceiling! I hate that I wasted $500 which is outrageous for this dump.

I wanted to give an overall of 3.5 but that was not an option. I enjoyed everything about our stay there EXCEPT the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, that topic carries more weight in my opinion. I found a hair on the blanket and two different hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. I requested a crib for my toddler. I saw the crib sitting in the guest pantry waiting to be delivered to my room. I saw guests going into the pantry touching the crib, leaning over it to purchase items, etc. Not sanitary at all. I requested to take the crib to my room and asked for Clorox wipes to clean it. The social hour was fun, food and drinks were good, service was professional and clean. The washing machine and dryers were very convenient although full of sand and not cleaned daily. The kitchen in the room was also a favorite amenity. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay with my family and as much as I wanted to give 4 stars, I couldn’t because of my feelings about cleanliness.

Staff was great, watched them be courteous to other guests, even when they were rude…we had zero issues! Overall a really nice place to stay!

Our stay at Staybridge would have been perfect if the tv was working. We called the front desk but they couldn’t fix it. It was the only negative with this 2 day stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious (2br suite with kitchen) and exceeded our expectations. There were restaurants right in front of the hotel, staying on the beach wasn’t a must for us, so this stay worked out perfectly. Even my kids who don’t care about hotels asked me to make sure I left 5-stars. We would definitely return.
