I specifically chose to stay at this hotel because they advertised having a bar and restaurant. I was looking forward to a glass of wine and a snack after a long weekend in Breckinridge, but when I checked in, the bar/restaurant was closed. I asked to speak to a mgr, but there was not one on duty. I called a number I was given to talk to someone, no answer. A couple of day when I got back home, I called the number again, no answer. Called the hotel to ask for a manager. Was given the Asst District Manager. Sent him an email. As of this writing no return email. They advertise in the lobby and the elevators, "grab a snack with us at the lobby bar". I feel it is false advertising and the fact that no one even bothered to get back to me is reason enough to not recommend this hotel. Customer service skills severely lacking!

I accident booked an extra night I called IMMEDIATELY and they said I couldn't change or they would charge me more than the room cost for the night so we kept the reservation as is. When we went to take the airport shuttle back to the airport the Driver thought necessary to tell us " how great trump was" it was very uncomfortable for all. The ride to the hotel from the airport was great. The guy was friendly and so nice the room was nice and clean..

I was using a cane and was given a room almost to the end of the hall farthest from the elevator. It seemed as though we were the only ones on that “wing”.

This is a great place to stay. It was amazing that they had a full kitchen in the lovely seating area as well as a large comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. The whole experience was great.

They charge an extra $100 in fees(even though i already payed for fees on Expedia), and extra $14 daily parking fees if you park in their parking lot. It was way overpriced. I ended up paying over $400 for two nights. Also, music from the bar or lobby was playing until 4am and we could hear it from the 2nd floor, so we didn't sleep well. There are other hotels nearby that are just as nice for way cheaper. I would not stay here again.

Hyatt House is wonderful. Getting to E-470 was a challenge because signage is inadequate. One ends up at the airport on Peña. Maybe a word could be dropped to the proper channel.

This hotel is way out by the Denver Airport and it is nicely appointed. It is very quiet and the room was cozy with a fridg, microwave, etc. There should not be a $14/day parking fee at this hotel. It is not in downtown Denver nor a populated area. Parking should be free. It was offensive and really disappointed me, but I had no choice with my rental car. I have never paid for any 'plain hotel' parking off of Tower Rd or Pena Blvd when staying out by the airport in years past.

Excellent room space and cleanliness. Arrived late due to plane mechanical issues. No dinner. Host held the bar open for a couple of drinks. Thank you.
Big shower. Appreciated the larger print on the shower dispensers! Laugh now, when you get into your 60s, you’ll understand.

Only reason for a missing star or facilities is a down hot tub for the duration of our 5 day stay. I used a filter to select a place with a hot tub. I know these things can happen but be sure the hot tub is working before you choose to stay if that’s important to you.

The facility was nice...modern and clean. The amenities in the room were great, but not maintained very well eg: loose grab rail in the shower, chipped finishes in main area.
We chose this location as it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight the next day and had understood that there was a shuttle available. I've always had a good experience with Hyatt properties, but we found the staff not friendly or overly accommodating at check in.
When we asked about the shuttle in the morning, the gentleman asked what time we needed it and before I finished providing our time, he stated that the shuttle was already full. No solution was offered so we resolved to schedule our own Uber ride.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, bright with the windows, but nice blackout and shade curtains. The shower was large and nice with glass walls and door. Plenty of hangers in the closet. The kitchen comes partially stocked with dishes and cookware, a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. You have to ask housekeeping or the front desk for dishwasher detergent. For some reason they do not stock the room with it. The only reason for rating with 4 stars is the coffee and breakfast. For such a nice hotel, the coffee is terrible and the eggs at breakfast don’t taste like real eggs. If they could just put a little more effort into the coffee and use real eggs this place wouldn’t be absolutely perfect.

Great layover stay, staff very friendly and helpful, accommodated all our requests - including a delayed checkout due to a delayed flight, with a smile and at no extra charge. Airport shuttle worked well, breakfast was one of the best in the category.
