The hotel was very clean, the room was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be booking this hotel for my next trip to Düsseldorf.

The rooms need more light and the hotel does not have an airport shuttle. Otherwise great stay.

It is a great quiet hotel near the airport. Easy check in and check out including free parking. With a taxi/uber for around 20eu in city center, or rent a bike. The standard room has a lot of space, is pretty quiet with good solid beds and dark curtains. The bathroom with a separate bath is also spacious. Only the big shower head needs a clean, because now everything will become wet due to the water.
Other point of attention is stock in brasserie/restaurant/lobby. A lot of things were ‘sold out’, like nuts, chips, or ice tea green. Really don’t understand how this can be not refilled with long dates on these kind of products.

The customer service was great, lovely hotel but not very easy to get to say nearest cafe or restaurant for breakfast, as the onsite breakfast was a little high in price, me and my son had to get an uber to the nearest McDonald's, we then got a e-scooter back.

I was stayed that hotel more than 10 times it was my favourite destination at düsseldorf however I was dissapointment last two vacation. The front desk personel is too competent if I couldnt insist I couldnt make our check in and we stayed out the door at 11.30pm. Aditional that the new decoration is unfunctional that the big room
getting small. Thirdly the cleaning is terrible

I went from having my flight cancelled at the gate, to the Expedia website, to being in a large comfortable room in the space of an hour. Convenient for the airport, this is a surprisingly swish and pleasant place to be, especially in the circumstances. Would absolutely stay here on purpose next time.

We always stay at the Van der Valk Airporthotel Dusseldorf when attending Medica and doing business in both Germany in The Netherlands. Everything about it is excellent - from the staff, to the rooms to the food. It is comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced. Would have really wished they kept the long fireplace in the lobby though.

Excelleng stay, just one night but when my flight was canceled, the team were very accommodating and provided late check out. Food was very good at dinner and breakfast. Will return again as it is convenient for airport

Reserved a junior suite but after one night had to move because A/C was not working (it was 27 degrees inside the room while it was only 22 degrees outside). I arrived, complained about the heat and left for dinner. I was assured that everything was fixed when I returned but that was not the case. Only room that was available was a regular room. Had to pay full price for the torturous first night. Technician said that the corner rooms (suites) were always hot.

Big size of room. Shower and bath separately. Great restaurant. Beautiful deco in the hotel. Extensive breakfast buffet. Espresso machine in the room. Coffee avialable at lounge. 24h parking free, outside and garage possible. Easy to reach the messe and the airport as well as the city center.

Great service on checkin by a lovely member of staff but room was very dusty, towels were very old and worn, sheets were stained and sink was blocked. We checked in late and were so tired we just slept but not up to the isual Van Der Valk standard.

A very nice hotel, large rooms and shower/bathroom, with a super comfy bed. The menu is quite limited especially the room service menu, that being said the food was excellent.

We had also diner: we often went to van der Valk restaurants in Holland, but the food in this one was expensive and under any level.
Shame for the van der Valk group !
