Easy to check-in after hours. The apartment we got was on second floor so views from balcony was obstructed by trees. The apartment had all you need, only noticed the sofa had broken legs which was fixed by maintenance. Overall good stay.

Loved our stay. Great location and setup. Was clean and tidy, but carpet is old and stained and mattress in 2nd bedroom needs replacing too.

Only complaint / suggestion is the trim on the bottom of the shower door needs replacing . It was filthy and mouldy . Bunnings sells it by the metre . Easy to cut to size and replace .

We recently stayed at Crystal Bay Resort for 5 nights as a family of four (with two children aged 8 and 12) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The communication and service were excellent from the moment we booked until we checked out. Our apartment on level 8 had a beautiful view facing the water, which we enjoyed every day.
The self-contained apartment was functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for us was the convenient location. With a bus stop right next to the property, we had easy access to Sea World and downtown Gold Coast, making our decision to not hire a car an excellent one. The frequent and easy public transportation saved us the hassle of driving and parking.
Our family made full use of the resort’s amenities. The pool, spa, and sauna were fantastic for relaxing, and the kids especially loved playing table tennis. The overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Crystal Bay Resort for families looking for a great place to stay in the Gold Coast!

Location & views were great. But it was very disappointing as we had the Penthouse apartment & the kitchen needed a thorough clean. The Cooktop & rangehood had food splatter & was covered in grease residue. Food splatter on the walls. There were ant trails on a bench in one of the bedrooms with ants in the bed also socks left behind & food scraps behind a chair in the bedroom from a previous guest. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in different apartments so I wouldn't spend the extra money on a Penthouse apartment.

Lovely spit on the broadwater with lots of activity on the water. Comfy bed, good balcony ,furniture in living area not so great, dining chairs very cheap and uncomfortable, foxtel service not good quite often no signal..

Stayed for a week after getting surgery done at the Gold Coast Private Hospital, room was nicely sized for a 1 bedroom apartment, fairly clean, cupboards in the kitchen need a good wipe out and above the microwave, but lovely views from the 8th floor overlooking the water, will stay again!

Great views of the Broadwater and the layout of the unit was ideal. Plenty of outdoor furniture and shaded areas at all times of day. Lots of crockery and cutlery, also amazing water pressure in the shower
On arrival there was a very strong almost overwhelming smell of carpet deodorant. A pot scouring pad was supplied/no sponge and a piece of “Chux” wipe not much larger than my hand. Only one dishwasher tablet. They insist that all rubbish be bagged before sending down the chute yet don’t supply any except one in a bin
Smoke detector sounded at 7am first morning and couldn’t be reset so I had to disconnect it. Reported the problem to reception who said that they would send somebody to fix it, six days later nobody had done anything. Health and safety issue here

The hotel is located in a nice and quite pocket. A very nice walks on the nearby Broadwater parks. The apartment had a very nice views of the harbour. The hotel has a very nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, it also has a sauna and heat baths.

Our stay was okay the noise from the building site was terrible. we had been notified there would be some noise,but did not expect the constant noise we had.Dissapointed to say the least.

It was a good stay, only a couple of little things , check in is after 2, but the office is closed at 1.30p.m. and no locks on the bathroom doors.

The apartment was clean, with a a good view of the water, suitable for our short getaway. Staff at reception were friendly, and helpful. One minus was that the television was tiny, and dated. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.
