Being a member was a great bonus as we could check in early & check out late. Also having a car park on site was a big plus. All the staff were friendly & helpful.

Property is clean. Staff are all helpful and pleasant. Hot items on the breakfast table need to be upgraded and hot.

We booked in very easily ,staff very friendly and helpful great service and the apartment very clean and comfortable purposeful , and had a lovely dinner and few beers , before dinner lovely hot shower and some internet and tv woke up to lovely buffet breakfast the family had a great time

Only a one night stay but everything was excellent from check in to check out.

Our hotel stay was enjoyable from start to finish. All the staff, especially Jen (sp?), were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing that is missing are safes in the room but you can put your belongings in safe downstairs and the lobby lights could use a dusting. Walkable to everything.

Room we were allocated the air conditioning was broken and confirmed by the hotel, thermostat wall control device was not working, fan already in the room which clearly indicated there was a problem to begin with and decision was still taken by the hotel to place us in the room. Requested room change and was told there was only 1 room left which has accessible bathroom facilities, not a problem but left no option other than to accept. Again in room thermostat control device failed to work. Breakfast no food replenishments and had to ask multiple times when food would be placed in buffet containers. Item missing bacon, sausages, beans which generally form part of a cooked breakfast? When exiting car park pressed intercom, nothing happened. Whilst car was dormant revisited reception to request card to exit and was told ay problems, please just press the intercom button. Really….. For the price of the accommodation, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere as there are many other hotels available at reasonable rates £150 that would provide a far better experience. Reception staff very professional but an overnight stay away should provide more than the absolute bare minimum and encourage you to want to return. This certainly did not.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. We booked two rooms for the weekend and completed all the registration paperwork in the morning. Although my room wasn’t ready for check-in at that time, I saw that a room had been allocated to us on the paperwork. We informed the receptionist that we’d check in later and left for some sightseeing. My friend arrived about half an hour after us, and they were able to check in and get their room key immediately. After finishing the paperwork, we headed out for the day. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, I discovered that my room had been changed. The air conditioner wasn’t working in the middle of a hot summer day, and a fan had been placed in the room instead. It felt like another guest had been given our original room, found the air conditioning unsatisfactory, and our rooms were swapped as a result. To make matters worse, when my friend, who already had their key, tried to settle into their room, they found another guest’s belongings inside. The soundproofing was also terrible. We were placed in a connecting room, and we could clearly hear noise from the adjoining room, even at 1 a.m. The receptionist told us we would received follow up contact, but 4 days gone. No email received at all. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience

Quite old and run down , Wifi was so weak that PC kept dropping off network, staff not really friendly. Air con was nice and cold on a hot day though.

It was very good. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster to be honest. Not much choice of hot vegetarian food. I felt my stay was good, the bed so comfy and the team excellent.

Great hotel. Easy access and great area - lots of food choices. Easy access to central London and everything walkable. If a light sleeper bring ear plugs depending on which runway the planes are landing on!

As tourists we came to see Windsor and mainly the Castle. As Malaysian Airlines failed to give our luggage on arrival at Heathrow Airport, being not loaded in Sydney, we waited for 2 days for the luggage and the staff at the Holiday Inn could not be more helpful.

Stayed for 1 night only and had no issues.
