I can’t stay anywhere else in Berlin! Staying at Gorki Apartments was a dream. Everything from the room aesthetic, location to the staff was perfect. Gorki Apartments are for travelers who want an authentic experience near shops and restaurants without the bustle of tourists.

Everything and everyone was perfect. We had a great time. The room was quiet and comfortable. The tea and coffee in the room, was top notch.

When I was checking out, the front desk person asked a housekeeper in German (assuming that I don't understand) to run to my room and check if the hair dryer is there. And the housekeeper steamed to the 3rd floor to make sure that she can check and report it back before I leave. I have never been accused of stealing from a hotel room before. It was so offensive and inappropriate. The 24/7 concierge service is very deceiving and unprofessional. When I inquired if they have a spare mask, they said that they will bring it to my room, and of course they have it. Only 5 days later upon check out, I found out that they are charging me for it. There is no pricelist in a room. The concierge person never disclosed it to me. I never agreed to pay for it. I paid for it upon check out, of course. The room was ok. The housekeeping was not consistent, they stopped cleaning my dishes at the last 4-3 nights of my 8 night stay. You can hear people from other rooms. It was a bit too much, especially at night. The room also had a weird smell. The pillows are not ergonomic, not even close. I am not coming back.

I was so impressed by my room- the decor, the layout, the amenities, all great. I will definitely be staying here again. The location is good, you are in walking distance of shopping and restaurants. It was also a allergy friendly neighborhood with gluten free cafe options. The staff was informative and helpful. Staying here made my trip better than I could've imagined!

The location was excellent. I wish they had a/c or screens on the windows. Our room was very warm.

Berlin is amazing. Coming from Australia we are used to the heat, but for a place that is ranked so highly - really needs air conditioning for maximum comfort in Summer. Everything else is just about faultless.

We were very happy with our large apartment. High ceilings, fine furnishings, great bed, great location.

The location is perfect! It’s near enough to all the sites, but not in the middle of them. Lots of great restaurants, shops and parks are nearby. The apartment is well designed and very comfortable.

Great location but nice and quiet. Very well done building . What’s outstanding is the staff and the attention to detail. A Whatsapp concierge that’s always available even when you’re out and about. I’m a guitar player and Thomas lent me a personal guitar while i was there. Personal and thoughtful. On the tube, in the cafe district, the very best breakfast and coffee across the street , a park right behind the hotel. Couldn’t be better. They do , as other have said need to put two comfortable chairs in the rooms. We never turned the TV on and truth be told the sheets barely cover the bed . But.. We loved it and strongly recommend the experience. Rent Vespas and park them out front.

Fabulous apartments, great staff and super location.

The hotel was amazing and the staff (Marleen especially) helped organise a lovely birthday surprise for my girlfriend! All done to perfection. Only thing stopping it from being 5* for all categories is the bins being emptied from 4am-10am are extremely loud and we were woken on several occasions.
