Construction ongoing. Parking was not good but will be better once remodel is done

Everyday I had to go to the front desk because my key card kept being deactivated.
I received a text message shortly after check in welcoming me. The message said to respond to the message if I needed anything. I responded that I wanted another pillow but never received the pillow.

The room that was provided had sliding doors for shower stall and these doors didn’t move at all. It would neither open nor close. They probably have only single individuals stay here and hence there was only a single towel in the bathroom. Rest of the stay was OK.

Floor/dirty carpets! No courtesy phone in the room. I was put in the floor with all the service animals and other pets. My room was not clean and when I told the person on duty she told me that she could not clean it and offered me some towels. I felt unimportant and unwelcome!

We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the front desk. The breakfast has some good variety. Near the hotel are some great food choices and entertainment. Great value for the price!.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Asked for extra blankets, employee said she would bring them to my room. We waited for 30 minutes. Went back down she said there was none and that she was busy fixing the printer. Not the best customer service, especially at 12:30AM when there is literally nothing going on in the hotel. Disappointed.

The staff was rude when I asked them if early check in was possible, I was sent away and sent an email later explaining steps to take to get an early check in and was able to figure out the steps on my own which made the staff seem incompetent, and unwilling to help me. Also on the second night of my stay my key card stopped working, I asked the front desk staff about it, got the card back on and they checked in another guest into my room. I felt my privacy was breached, was told only a manager could refund my night and wouldn’t be available until the next day, I left, I felt unsafe and not heard or helped.

We stayed only one night, but felt very comfortable. The room was very clean, the mattress very comfortable and the bathroom also was new and clean. The room smelled very fresh and so did the rest of the hotel. I definitely would stay there again.

The front desk staff when we checked in were great. Friday night the people in the room above us were extremely noisy (stomping on the floor, running from one side of the room to the other) and we called the front desk to make a complaint working and no one answered the phone. I ended up going to the front desk to see if they could ask the people above our room to quiet down only to find out that there was only 1 person working the entire hotel. The hotel needs to have more staff working.
