This hotel is trying hard to loose its status. The hotel halls to the rooms are filthy. So bad I would recommend a possible carpet clean. The elevator was filthy. I do understand this is a casino HOWEVER the Casino/ hotel was relatively quiet. Room was nice but thought it was weird that there was a curtain in between the bed and the garden tub. Should be a glass wall.
Not really sure what they are using the $30 for resort fee but it wasn’t to clean this Hotel.

For whatever reason my bathroom spelled horrible. It smelled like a mix of vomit and urine. I had housekeeping mop hoping that would help but, after the moping liquid dried it smelled horrible again.
Another issue was the fire alarms went off for 30 minutes or more before ever asking us to evacuate. By the time they announced the evacuation the bottom floor was smokey. Unsafe!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The stay and servie waa wonderful for the most part. One of the restaurants was very disappointing. (Service and food, but the mostly the service.)

I went to celebrate my birthday. I really enjoyed room (spacious) the view from the balcony. The pool with the swim up bar is awesome. My food from the Claim jumper receives no complaints, as it was very delicious. Great stay and even won some "take home cash" from the casino.

The room had bold from water damage behind the entertainment center they tried to had. The room has hot as hell, found 5 spiders and webs in every corner. The towels and shower had pubic hair on them. They said they would give me my resort fee back since I didn’t get bit!!

The room was a good size and the balcony with the lake view was relaxing. We enjoyed the soaking tub and the shower had great pressure. Water temp was a bit tepid so be careful! The bed was very comfortable but the pillows lacked support, It was a great get away!

Overall, the accommodations were top notch. Safe, comfortable with access to eateries. I would have loved room service but when I called around 11 pm one night, I did not get a response from guest services so I left the room on the hunt for food. But other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again.

We always have a great time staying here. The rooms are clean and nice. We had an amazing view. Did not give it a perfect score because the rooms DO NOT have a fridge in them, which is crazy because even 3 star hotels offer a fridge. So we were unable to keep our waters and drinks cold. Other than that, amazing stay.

It was a good birthday getaway. Birthday night we had dinner at Saltgrass. The food was okay. My mashed potato’s was not good . Overall other than that it was fun! Especially when you win back! 😍

Whike checkin was easy, the rest of the stay was a little rocky. Found it very hard to get drinks while at the pool, not enough servers and bartenders were overwhelmed. Sunday was even worse. As for the room, only 2 plugs worked in our room, hard to charge multiple phones/watches and computers. As for bathroom, only issue was that it took 15 minutes to get hot water.

Everything was nice, but the rooms cost too much to not have an refrigerator or microwave And on the 12th floor the ice machine did not work If I’m gonna pay $500 a night for a room wish it have a refrigerator and microwave shouldn’t have to rent one

No personal baggage cart allowed. Bellhop only. No bellhop available. Cannot park vehicle, so had to carry bags from parking garage.
No refrigerator in room. Could not find ice machine and hotel personnel did not know wherr it was at.
Room TV had faults with screen.
Overall, poor set-up/service for $300 a night room.
Vic & Anthony 's Steak restaurant was very good all around, though. Of course, the price reflected this.

The restaurants need better service and better food at least make sure the potato soup is reheated properly before serving.
Staff was less than experienced or willing to help i a timely manner poor table attentiveness. For being a casino built around a reatraunt brand the brand is lacking. The cookies we purchased were stale as well. The casino floor was the best part.

Housekeeping was terrible we called multiple times just to get a roll of toilet paper because we ran out and no one would answer, when we finally got ahold of the front desk they let housekeeping know and still no one brought any. We finally hunted down a housekeeper and she reluctantly gave us a roll this was ridiculous. Also there were ants in our room and house keeping didn’t come by to take our trash or give us more clean towels. Lastly the dinning option were very limited during the week which was an unfortunate.

overall property's dining pools shopping and casino we all excellent my only issue would be inside the actual rooms. well i can only speak for my room and experience but the room was well overdue for a detailed dusting. there was so much visible dust on the tables night stands lights con webs in the corners also for a resort that had so many dining options you would think the rooms would be equipped with mini refrigerators but there wasn’t or even a microwave upon request. we had so much leftover food that we had to get rid of because we couldn’t keep fresh or reheat.

Water in the walk-in shower in our room did not get hot at all, even when turned all the way to hot. The ceiling was peeling and flaking. There was barely any toilet paper left on the roll in our room when we first checked in and there wasn’t any extra stocked in the bathroom to replace it with.

The front desk was very rude and line was long. Rooms dont have smart tvs for the price and our room was never cleaned and restocked with towels.
