A somewhat tired apartment, just needs some minor repairs and updates. Staff were fantastic. Great location

Great location, good apartment. I was disappointed at being on the ground floor, in apartment “1a” is not represented in the photos.

It was close to the beach, easy to grocery shop, big enough for a family with five of us. The great thing for us was that it was a very reasonable price which was hard to find in that area. We will definately come back. Thank you!

Enjoyed my staff at Wharf boutique apartments. Unit was clean and spacious and had all required amenities. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Probably would have preferred a location closer to either Surfers or Broadbeach but both were within walking distance for a fit person to reach. Cafe and dining options close by were a little limited. On site parking was good. Nice pool. Area was quiet and safe.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The apartment was very noisy, dated and had an unpleasant odour. The kitchen and bathroom had chipped laminate. The bathroom sink was unstable, coming away from the vanity unit. No fly screens and blinds were damaged.

Staff were fantastic and so helpful. Awesome location. One of the comfiest beds I have slept on at such a place. Will definitely stay there again. Would recommend to anyone

This is a good location in between surfers and Broadbeach with a 20-25 minute walk to each. The apartment is starting to date but has everything you need and is a good deal for the price. The staff are lovely. The only thing I would’ve liked was beach towels and the sheets were a bit rough. The parking was perfect, the pool and spa are lovely.

Was great to see the GC Marathon go by from the balcony during our stay & hosts were very helpful with storing luggage & understanding around a flight cancellation. Self-contained. Would redesign the living space & furniture positioning as a bit awkward but we were mostly out & about so not a big issue. Positioned between Surfers & Broadbeach for easy walk to both (or light rail). Beach on corner with a couple of whale sightings.

I like everything about this property, spacious, close to beach, feel like home

We really liked the two bedroom apartment,had everything you would need and layout and feel of the apartment was impressive. We have stayed in a few apartments in QLD and this one was by far the best. Location to the beach and views were amazing and would recommended this property Only down size was the morning traffic was a bit noisy but can be overlooked as everything else was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach and convenient for parking

Office was very helpful but the unit was on the ground floor right next to the office and the elevator. The unit was dated and the countertops were damaged. There was no coffee maker of any kind but the worst was that there was no A/C in the bedroom. Fridge was tiny. Max 3 stars. Not worth the money charged.

Easy to walk to anywhere in surfers, accessible to public transport and fully self contained. Just what you need in a holiday unit.

We had a great time there. Had to ask for an upgrade and Rem made it possible. Excellent service, they really care and you can tell.

Comfortable rooms great area close to a lot of shops. The only draw back was the room next door was noisy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartments were located very central, very close to both a bus stop and the tram station. You can see the beach from the balcony which was just amazing. Such a short walk to the beach. The size of the apartment was really good as well, had everything i needed there. So nice having a fridge, stove, plates and all that available in there. There are resturants and shops in a walking distance as well. The bed was big and comfortable and there was aircon (always a big plus). Really loved that I was able to wash and dry my laundry as well in the apartment, so it was easy having fresh towels and sheets for the bed. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and really had no issues at all. Would recommend this place to a friend. The only tiny little negatives for me were that the apartment was only ‘surface level’ cleaned, meaning it was tidy and mid-level clean, but if you are a neat freak like me you notice dirty corners and for me the bathroom especially needed a better clean. Same goes for the outside pool and poolarea which were pretty unsanitary at times. But as I said, the beach is super close so that was fine by me. All in all very happy with the stay here.
