I loved being on the wharf, great views and lots of restaurants. Will definitely go back! Not crazy about the rooftop pool, bad weather means you can’t swim!

Our room wasn't ready and the room (1207) was at a very noisy location (staff was setting up for an event throughout the night).

Victor at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful.

Check in was easy and the staff was very welcoming. Hotel is very clean and located in a great spot. Near multiple dining options.

It was in the middle of activities and still quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and the facilities were pristine.

I had such an unforgettable time at this hotel. I stayed here for my 21st birthday with my boyfriend. When we arrived, we were treated like kings and queens. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got our room at 4pm and after seeing the beauty of our room and view, we didn't want to leave. We ended up having a date night in and enjoying every second of this hotel. To top things off, they gave us a late checkout! It was simply amazing. Will come again!

Very nice staff, very clean, super comfortable, nice rooms, pool needs a little help, should offer bar, food, staff, RAMP IS EXTREMELY SLIPPERY , need shade, there are wind proof options now, great refillable ammenities in bath , could be stocked with basics, cotton swabs, shoer vap but fantastic shower, rooms well designed, cleaning crew was friendly and excellent. Please lower daily parking rate for guests, kind of a gouge

Someone knocked on the door at 4pm est saying they were security and swapped the key card to see if it worked. I asked for ID and he gave me a business card. Later, I come back and my key doesn’t work. I go downstairs and they reactivate it. I go back upstairs and it still doesn’t work. A janitor let me into my room and called downstairs to say I still didn’t have a working key. They said they would send one up in 10 minutes. Didn’t. I called the front desk, now suspicious of my so-called security “check” earlier as my brother didn’t get one. The woman struggled to confirm whether the guy who came by was actually security before saying he was (sure…) and that they’d send a key up in 10 minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and they said it would be 10 minutes. Finally someone comes up with a functioning key (by now it’s 10pm). I get ready for bed and realize…. The deadbolt doesn’t work. I moved furniture in front of my door for safety. This hotel is too expensive not to feel safe. I left as soon as I could the next morning.

The hotel is great. The only issue was that there was no binder or pamphlet in the room, so there’s certain things we didn’t know about. One time while walking through the hallways we saw a room service delivery on its way to a different tenant and we were surprised that we didn’t know that service was available.

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and staff very welcoming. $30 amenity fee seems unreasonable and windows in the standard rooms are tiny. Parking was convenient ($65 valet) and the pool on the roof was very nice, but small (also salt water).

Beautiful hotel in a very beautiful and great location. An area witj plenty of restaurants, free of traffic and at walking distance from all the monuments. Really a great choice.

We loved our stay in D.C just sad that we didn’t get to use the pool! We checked in at 7:30 and was so excited to cool off and just relax by the pool after walking all day in the high heat, just to be told the pool closes at 8pm

Tv did not work was really bad

Staff was great. The appearance of the property was also lovely. There was a bit of a smell in the shower I think it was coming from the drainage. Also you need at least one mirror outside of the bathroom. This will be more convenient for people sharing a room with friends or older kids.

The only part I did not like about the property was the daily gratuity fees.

Great experience celebrating my wife's birthday.

The room needed updating. The carpet in our room was really gross. The shade over the light looked burned in parts. The bed ruffle had a stain on it that looked like coffee. It generally felt grimy. The main hotel lobby and pool areas were great. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We did have an issue with the someone in the cleaning staff taking something out of our mini bar but we were not charged for it. It just seemed weird and a little suspicious. Located in a great area though!
