The property was basically for travelers who are staying overnight to catch a plane. It is perfect for that.

Loved it, great for long stay

Hotel was very nicely upkept! I felt safe there with small children! Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! Brandon at the front desk was great and very helpful. He made checking in fast and easy, and upon checking out I asked for him to check for a missing item for me and he did so very willingly! I appreciate his customer service!

The indoor pool water was cold, not heated so couldn't use it. The breakfast was advertised on the website as having waffles and sausage. NO waffles or sausage available. I usually stay somewhere else when I come to Durham area for my medical appointments. I probably will go back to the other place as they have a heated pool and a waffle maker. The omelette station was good and the other offerings on the breakfast were good too. Room was clean. Lobby and common areas clean. Nice outdoor patio. Convenient parking. Front check in desk staff needs to be more welcoming. Nice facility but please change your website to be more reflective as to what you have. Why would you have an indoor pool that is not heated? Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Room was perfect for an overnight stay . 5 minutes drive to shops and restaurants. In all excellent stay.

My first time in North Carolina. My friend recommended this hotel. Wow what an experience!!!! Definitely will return in the future and I do recommend.

This is our third stay at this hotel since it is close to Duke Arrington. We love the convenience of being close to many restaurants and shopping. Also like that there are sidewalks in the area for walking. Breakfast is very good and front desk folks always helpful.

This is my go to hotel when I am in RTP area...

Service is excellent, especially Brandon at the front desk. Very reliable, clean & safe.

We chose a room with a small kitchen and a sofa which separated the sleeping space from the living space. Made for comfy TV watching. Breakfast more than the usual stuff including an omelet station. Would def return and walking spaces outside have sidewalks. Close to airport and shopping/dining.

EVERYTHING was great about The Hyatt House!! My husband and I are definitely going back often. The breakfast buffet - The Omelet Station where you can customize your own Omelet - Wonderful! Love the breakfast by far! 5*****

beautiful property , shopping and food within miles of the hotel.

It was convenient for the reason we were in the area. The property's acoustics weren't the best; we could hear the people next to us and people in the meeting rooms that were just down the hall.

Close to airport and they have free shuttle services

Booked this hotel last minute since our flight was changed and so glad we did. Very clean, has a nice little bar and the room was very comfortable. Everyone was nice and they also have a free shuttle to the airport if needed. Will definitely stay again
