A cozy resort, beautifully appointed and within easy car ride of airport and activities, both city and nature.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. Very nicely appointed. I would stay there again.

Beautiful setting on property!

My fiance and I spent 3 weeks in Ecuador, and this was our favorite hotel. The place is gorgeous, especially the outdoor areas! But the service is what impressed us the most. We were greeted by everyone we walked past, and there was always someone ready to enhance our stay. Not only does this hotel provide airport pickup and a complete breakfast, but they also offer extended luggage storage. If you're concerned about safety in Quito, you'll be pleased to know that this location is gated and guarded. No one gets in without permission. We absolutely plan to stay here again soon!

Staff very friendly. Airport shuttle very convenient. Staff even packed a breakfast for me because I was leaving before the restaurant opened. Would stay here again if in Quito.

We loved our stay at Hotel Rincon de Puemba. Arranging a shuttle pickup from the airport was very simple and our driver was waiting for us when our flight arrived just past midnight. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it felt very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to catch a shuttle at 3 am for our flight home and the hotel gave us a boxed breakfast with fruit, muffin and juice etc, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near town, however the hotel areas and services don't scream BW Signature. During the check-in process they gave me the wrong type of room. I paid for a room with balcony I received an old regular room. I talk to the management and all the have to say was "sorry". They acknowledge their mistake but didn't correct it.

The level of service is top notch. The restaurant’s food was excellent. Airport shuttles are flawless with tea/coffee, breakfast box and porter waiting for us in the middle of the night.

We have stayed here on three different occasions and we absolutely love this establishment, the staff and the food!💯

Lovely property, 30 min from the airport. Seems like the perfect location for a special event. I wish i had.more than 1 night here to enjoy the facilities and the neighborhood. Communications was great and quick and they arranged my airport pickup and dropoff. Breakfast huffet is very nice offerings. A gem! I would love to come back if the opportunity happens.

It was easy to book and easy to find the taxi driver that the hotel provided for us to get to from the airport to the hotel. It was a bit far from the airport and a little distance from Quito center. It did not seem to be in a walkable area, but the hotel grounds were beautiful. For some reason the pool was covered for our entire stay, so none of us used it (the weather wasnt great anyway). The gardens and flowers were lovely and the hotel was decorated in such interesting ways. The rooms were okay -- the shower/water pressure was great, but the beds were hard. The rooms had very thin walls and the room window looks out into the hallway. You could hear everything outside and inside (included a load whirring for periods of time which I concluded was the laundry on site?). The restaurant was okay -- breakfast much better than dinner. It is almost as if they tried to Americanize the food and it didnt hit as well as Authentic food would have. The servers did not have anyone else in the restaurant, but were slow to serve -- I think that is how every place in Ecuador is though -- Island time, maybe? The staff was very pleasant regardless and the service outside of the restaurant was wonderful (front desk and transportation services). They set us up with any need we had and even made sure we knew about the things we didnt know we needed! That as well as the price and beauty made the stay well-worth it.

I am a frequent and world traveler and the staff here from the Benicio the valet, to the concierge to the restaurant (Walter), are among the finest I have experienced anywhere. Well done. I will definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Arrived around 11pm and had no problem checking into hotel. Security personal at front gate was there to greet us. Chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and for a day tour pickup to Mindo Cloud Forest. Staff were helpful and attentive. Free well appointed buffet breakfast in large dining area. One of the door key cards has to be left in slot in room to operate lights. Turning the hot water on in the shower you need to also lift lever towards you to get it to produce hot water. Had cold shower the first night. lol! Outdoor pool bar with tables also offered full kitchen menu from dining room which was nice although, a bit chilly. Food was amazing and the bartending was spot on. Beautifully maintained woodwork throughout the architecture of this properties interior. Early checkout 6am with a free shuttle provided and boxed breakfast to go was an appreciated bonus. Pool table and unique wooden foosball table were available. The pool table, balls and cue sticks could all use replacing simply due to wear and tear. Worthwhile, as this was a enjoyable amenity to have on site. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were gracious and accommodating. We were relieved to be able to get an airport shuttle at 3:30 a.m.! Dining was excellent and moderately priced. We enjoyed the unique atmosphere. The only downside was that we had seen that it was 3.5 miles from the airport, but it seemed quite a bit farther in the 25 minutes it took to get there.

This place is absolutely amazing. We only had one night there but wished we had more. The staff is so helpful and place is eloquent.

Very nice hotel which is approximately 20 minutes 20 minutes from Quito airport. Situated in a nice little town. We were only there overnight between a hike snd leaving for Galapagos so didn't explore the area but would recommend the hôtel. I asked them if massages were an option in advance of our stay and they organized everything for us with 2 awesome massage therapists that came to our room with all their equipment for set up. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good, with various options including vegan.

Incredible find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and super spacious, the pool sparkling and heated, the restaurant was delicious and the service exceptional. Our whole family loved it. Highly recommend.

Great old school hotel looks like an old sapnish village the house rooms are nice, great food. It id quite far from all of the attractions quito hss to offer

This is a beautiful property and I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I was staying overnight in Quito before going back to the airport the next day for another flight. I could have stayed a little closer to the airport, but the property has a courtesy shuttle and this hotel has so much more character and beauty than those hotels closer to the airport. The dinner I had was also excellent!

The property was like a Spanish villa with gardens, courtyards, antique decor, and fountains. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, it also has a spa, pool, restaurant, games and playground for kids.

We loved our stay here! We stayed here with our 4 kids ages 12, 9, 6 and 3. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub and sauna! They were very accommodating to us on the day that we checked out: our flight wasn’t til midnight but they let us keep our luggage in the office that day and then when we came back from sight seeing, they let us use the pool etc. while we waiting for our free shuttle to take us to the airport! Such a nice alternative to having to wait long hours at the airport with kids! They also packed us a boxed breakfast on one of the mornings we stayed there since we left early that day to go sight seeing. We were so happy with our stay here! We would totally stay here again!!
