Great place to stay while in Brasov.

About a day after the confirmation the hotel let me know that the room i reserved is not available. I tried to contact the hotel with no success. I didn't stay at the hotel eventually and had to find another place. Would not recommend.

Amazing hotel just in the middle of the city center. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping. Beautiful room and the staff was more than amazing. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. Loved it!

Safrano palace. The staff were really helpful and relaxed. The rooms were huge and very clean and good condition. The breakfast was good too. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

WE had a nice stay here, the room is very big and the breakfast delicious - with a lot of choices.

All of the staff was lovely every time I talked to them. The room was very nice, and the location was unbeatable. I would recommend it to anyone stopping in Brasov.

This hotel was simply terrible. Among the many problems were a smelly & mouldy washroom, ZERO Covid-19 precautions, no room cleaning, bedbugs, no toiletries and a huge old-fashioned key that we had to carry around town with us. When we complained to hotel staff, the response was .... nothing. Brasov is a beautiful town and absolutely worth visiting, as long as you don't stay at the Safrano Palace.

Fabulous location opposite the main square, friendly staff. Very old fashioned but lovely with it. Bar area closed but not needed as so many bars outside. Breakfast was good with with plenty to choose from

Very nice hotel! The style is a real throwback in time, and the view of the panoramic rooms is just incredible! The personal was incredibly helpful and tried all along our stay to accommodate us! Amazing breakfast too!

The only problem was the lack of parking place. We needed to park couple of blocks away.

The front desk staff were excellent ... friendly and very helpful in choosing sites to visit. The place itself is a little outdated. The "hallway" apartment building feeling was not pleasant with people talking outside. No air conditioners or safes in the room. Breakfast was OK and staff helpful. The location across from Old Town was exceptional.

The management team was very nice. The room was excellent. They had a very nice breakfast. My only complaint was parking, it is a long way away and hard to find.

In the heart of Brasov! Breakfast was great and bed was comfy. Wifi was strong in the lobby, but not so much in the room.

The staff were very helpful, especially because our flight was cancelled and instead of arriving at 7pm, we arrived at 3am. It was very special staying in such a nice place right by the main square. Very convenient for anything while visiting the area.

This hotel is in the center of the Old Town facing the square. The beds are comfortable and rooms roomy. Lovely quirky hotel.

The hotel is a beautiful historic building, the home of a former prime minister and the rooms are tasteful and comfortable, decorated in period style. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and with all modern conveniences. The ambience is romantic and I loved staying here. The staff were charming and very helpful. They dont do breakfast in the hotel but refer you to a pleasant cafe in the square just outside. We had a lovely breakfast sitting in the sun surrounded by the medieval buildings and mountains beyond.. Superb! I would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere with character and individuality yet maintaining a high standard of comfort.

The reception staff here really do go above and beyond to help guests, and were so friendly to me the whole time, they even helped to organise a driver to take me to Cluj Napoca on the final day. I enjoyed the hotel too - good services, a comfortable night sleep, and the perfect location right on the main plaza in Brasov close to the sites and great food! Highly recommended

This cute hotel is right across from the city center. It is the perfect location for walking to all the Churches and monuments. It is very close to the Black Church. There is also a grocery store right next door Also a coffee shop within a 1 minute walk with 4 LEI Coffee or $1.00 US. Beware of the private parking up the street in the left or you pay $5.Euro per HR. Stick to the public parking.

Great place to stay in the core of medieval Brasov. Tastefully renovated building with a lot of character. The staff - Andrei, Alexandru and Adrian - is very courteous and attentive, ready to make your stay confortable and give you directions to explore this beautiful, authentic city. Very good value for money, Safrano isthe ideal place to stay in Brasov. We will return for sure.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to every attractions in old town. The room is spotless clean and spacious. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly! Great value for the stays. Will definitely come back!!
