Not far from FIT. Older neighborhood. The apartment is a small studio attached to a residence. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner, Gio, was friendly and helpful.

This private space in a quiet neighborhood. No traffic, close to the beach and lots of food options. You come in through the gate (which you can pull right up to), and you enter a stunning pergola. It’s covered in jasmine and hanging lights.
The bed and pillows were super cozy, soft but supported my bad back.
The large private patio, bathroom, and bedroom with kitchenette were absolutely perfect.
I was visiting for a family funeral, and the peace, quiet, and privacy, it was exactly what I needed.
Wonderful hosts! Super kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this unit for one night. We celebrated our 15th anniversary with dinner and a show in Melbourne. The location of the place is close to pretty much everything Melbourne has to offer. You do need a car. The communication with the hosts were always very professional. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time in the greater Melbourne area and the Little Chateau was a simple and convenient home base for us. The patio was the highlight, we loved the little lizards sunbathing in the afternoons and the beautiful plants. Kitchenette was great for simple, on-the-go meals. Very clean. Elizabeth was very communicative. Would recommend!

The Little Chateau was an ideal place for our visit. It was very clean and well-organized. We had everything we needed. The patio was a lovely addition to the apartment. It was very convenient to have a place to park our rental vehicle. Our son lives in the area, so we will definitely return!

The odor on arrival was too much! It smelled horrible, make me sick to my stomach & gave me a headache. I tried calling the owner with no luck. Vrbo tried calling the owner & was unsuccessful. This used to be a garage and the floor sloped. If I could rate it a zero or negative number I would’ve. I’m expecting a refund.

It was an amazing experience. Essentially had our own tiny house with great outside for our small dogs for a little weekend getaway. The owners house is connected to the small property, however it was so private with our own little yard area that is fenced off. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be coming back to this place without looking for others.
