Lee House is in a very convenient position to visit Lynton and in walking distance to the lift down to Lynmouth. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.
Gregg our host was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Lee House is exceptional. The best b and b we have stayed in. The selection of food available for breakfast could not have been better in a 5 star hotel. They catered for my dietary needs and the presentation of the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. I am sure we will be visiting again. Thanks to Gregg and Jacqui.

The hosts at Lee House have paid attention to every detail to make sure of a perfect stay. The greeting, service, breakfast, room and house are exceptional.

We spent 4 nights at Lee House during September. Gregg and Jacqui were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful with information on the area. The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough, would definitely recommend.

We rarely stay in B&B accommodation , but Lee House is in a class of its own ! Hosts are helpful and extremely pleasant without being intrusive and the standard of hygiene and cleanliness is exceptional.
Breakfast is peaceful with a vast choice of food , all cooked to order and professionally laid out.
A nice touch is the fridge in the lounge with fresh milk available for the room.

Excellent host, nice house, exceptionally clean, lovely breakfast, pretty gardens. Parking a little challenging and some trouble with the hot water in beautiful bathroom but otherwise perfect. would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay, very comfortable, very peaceful, really nice breakfast with plenty of options, rooms have very good amenities. Very well situated for walks along the coastal path and valley of the rocks. We would highly recommend this guest house.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Lee House was spotless as was our room. Comfy bed with fresh smelling bedsheets. Breakfast delicious. Really well organized with the Covid issues. Great location too.

Exceptionally clean room and house. Lovely breakfast with good selection of food. Also evening meal eaten on several occasions which again was of a high standard. Good location and private parking at rear of lee house for customers.

Lovely stay all the small details thought of, felt very covid safe. Gregg was very attentive and breakfast cooked to perfection (home made granola very worth a try) beautiful room (The Garden Room) with its own little patio area. Will hopefully return in the future, this has made us think twice about staying in large corporate hotels which we have always done in the past.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lee House, a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was made with lovely fresh local ingredients. A lovely homemade cake was left for guests to help themselves to, nice little touches that made the stay so enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone to visit.

Loved it from the start !
A very warm and friendly greeting when we arrived, the room was light and airy with a very comfortable bed , the place is spotlessly clean , the breakfast is fantastic with a great choice ,
I would definetly stay again and highly recomend Lee house for a non fussy relaxing stay

Absolute gem. Clean, comfortable & charming. The view from the lounge is beautiful. Gregg and Jacqui were fantastic hosts. We felt reassured the moment we walked in. No hesitations, I can stay here again and of course, highly recommend to those wishing to stay here. Top marks.

Location was great for restaurants and access to walks and for Lynmouth. Quiet and comfortable.

The whole property was very clean, with a small patio area at the front ideal for taking tea. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice.

This is a wonderful B&B in a great location in Lynton. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who went out of their way to assure we were able to get a parking space right in front. We were also served afternoon tea when we arrived! A wonderful view from the balcony, and a great breakfast as well!
