Staff n breakfast very good

Apartment advertising 2 bedrooms one double and one with two singles yet I had to pay a extra £15 just to have one single bed when advertised as already in apartment. Bed had no headboard and was put in a room with no furniture of any kind and was also right by the entrance door, Kitchen was unclean and smelt as did the bathroom. Not worth the price.

I still stand by my word to say the wife of the host was unfriendly. What makes me upset is that, she said I did not speak to her, to move our dates to the 15th till the 17th, as there will be a strike on the 18th. I even send her a text on her mobile, she did not respond. All she wanted was to take money from NSH workers who work 12hrs shift, just wanted to have a little break from work. Can I tell you, I had to book the date of the 15th with airbnb, as soon as the host realised that we were NHS workers, we were given discounts. Butlins also gave us discounts as NHS workers. If you say by the time I booked, money was non refudandable, why didn't your wife move our dates to the 15th when I asked her. I phoned her and asked her before I booked the dates of the 15th with airbnb, she told me there was no room, 3days before we travell, i phoned her, as I wanted us to leave our bag early in the morning of the 16th, I said to her, we had to book the dates of the 15th with airbnb, as she didn't have any rooms for us for that dates, she said I didn't speak to her, that's a lie. I have also downloaded the text I send to her as a proof, she didn't respond to me. All I can say we are being cheated and lied too. as we stayed for one day but payed for two days. You took £97 pounds from us. That is a lot of money. We worked very hard for that money, I feel bad for my colleague who work with stroke patients, as I'm the one who was making all this arrangements.

It was very clean, staff friendly and the rooms spacious with a excellent location.

The wife was not friendly at all. But the husband was. We were two NHS workers who booked from the 16th to the 18th, due to strike we had to return on the 17th. She didn't refund the day that we didn't stay, while I did ask her if we can move our date to the 15th till the 17th, she told me there's no room available. 3days before we travel I phone her that we had to book the date of the 15th with airbnb as she was fully booked on the 15th, she said, she didn't say that. I even send her a text message on her mobile before I booked with airbnb for the 15th, asking if she knows someone who can accommodate us for the 15th , she never replied. We worked for that money, working 12hrs shift is not easy . How can she do this to NHS workers.

Nothing was too much trouble , I was early arriving but I was allowed to settle into my room. Brilliant hosts , so polite and helpful , I didn't have breakfast but I can assure you it smelt lovely. One thing I was impressed with was the cctv that they had , all areas are covered. I won't hesitate in booking with them again. Thanks guys 👍

Parking was a little tight but I got parked up so I was happy , I was thankful as there's not much safe parking about.

The walking distance, it's.was.only 5 minutes away from.all the attractions..the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

It was a flat at the back of the hotel four very big rooms modern television patio door ground floor and total privacy sun terrace with chairs and table. Could not be more perfect.

Very disappointed ,,paid £200 for 2 nights ,,didn't get milk tea coff replenished the next day ,,bins didn't get emptied there was a bin on the landing ,,quite unsightly ,,the bedside lamps were on an extension cable which ran across the wall coverd with conduit ,,porchway into the hotel was dirty there were dirty extension cables strewn on the floor ,,in the TV lounge there were bags of clean linen piled high on a chair ,,should have been removed to somewere more suitable ,,I was there with my disabled client and when we used the lift to go downstairs there was dirty bed linen on the lift floor ,,Cooked breakfast was nice ,,,no fruit no yogurts cereal was already in a bowl for you ,,very poor for £10 pp ,,,seeing as it was the start of the season myself n other guests expected better ,,a lick of fresh paint would have been nice ,,,the guests I met there would not stay again also the neighbouring hotels were full of male immigrants that stood outside the hotels at night ,,,it felt quite intimidating ,,so I also would not recommend or stay again ☹️☹️,,very small TV in the room ,,underneath the bedside cabinet were a load of BB bullets so clearly didn't get hooverd properly before our stay ,

our room didnt have a great view as we were at the back, this didnt spoil our stay but it would have been nice to have been in one of the front rooms as i do like to look out where ever i stay.

Great view of the sea front. Especially at night time when all the street lights came on. very beautiful. I've stayed at this place 2ce now.

When I booked the room, as one of the requirements I put, that I would like a room with a bath. After we arrived at the place, I was told that I have not requested it in a message and that filters do not work. I recently stayed at another place and this time I made sure I messaged them to specify again, and they already had my room down and booked with one. Also me and my friend felt a bit itchy when we got in bed. We never really saw any little creatures, but we thought there could have been bedbugs in the sheets, even tho it looked very clean.

Good position. The bedroom was clean.

The downstairs toilet was dirty. It was a real tight squeez to get into the shower. The sausage at breakfast was cheap and tasteless.
