Is an ok hotel, but a expensive for the services it provides.

When we arrived the hotel bathroom was not clean and the personel was unfriendly. The bed is not very conformatble. The price is expensive and the hotel does not meet the expectations for such an expensive price.

Very friendly staff. It was in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to many wonderful restaurants and things to do and see. I would stay at this hotel again.

Comfy beds, spacious room, friendly staff and good options for breakfast.

Pool was quite dirty, it was not a sunny day but could have been cleaned.

Well kept, modern, a bit sterile and free of “charm” but otherwise a very nice facility.

Excellent location in Palermo close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very quieter than the more established group hotels and would certainly go back there if we are in Buenos Aires

One night stay before leaving on the next segment of our trip. The desk clerk who checked us in was great. Spoke very good English and made us laugh many times with his jokes and commentary. After a long travel day, his personality quickly put us in the right frame of mind to enjoy the neighbourhood cafés and restaurants.

Our ride picked us up at 6 the next morning, so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast as it was only available later.
