Location. Near to MRT Station and shops.

The rooms are too small, not a good place for a claustrophobic. No closet to place your clothes in, so we leave them in our travelling bag.

The room was nice. The hotel is located right in central Chinatown. MRT is bang opposite. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back !

Bathroom door has no latch/ locking mechanism.

Central location in china town - across the road from MRT station. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room and great amenities.

Our first room was on ground floor and it was extremely loud at all hours of the day - combination of people’s voices from hallway and lobby checking in + out, plus constant water flushing/sloshing sound as well as banging/cleaning sound within the walls from what appeared to be other people’s bathrooms or maybe housekeeping. We requested to change room and upgraded to a deluxe room upstairs - which was fine with the noise after that.

Very convenient for Chinatown and seeing the sights of Singapore

It's a great location. Comfortable, clean.

When I first came here, it was brand new and immaculate. Now it's suffering a little wear and tear and could do with a bit of basic maintenance and refurbishment. Just little things. Also the room facing the street isn't conducive to sleep (noise).

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: Tons of great Chinatown restaurants at low prices, Right next to MRT, next to 2 big malls ROOM QUALITY: big bed, strong stream of hot water in the shower, big sink with free toothbrushes, unlimited bottled water and fresh towels. Given the above benefits, and this was during Chinese New Year, the hotel was not "expensive" by Singapore standards, but it wasn't "cheap" either by Southeast Asia standards. I paid $120USD/night but I probably would have paid $85 in a different season

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I like that supply water each day.

The bathroom has a bit of a funny set up. When you shower the toilet gets wet. Also, they have a water heater button for the shower but the hot water barely lasts two minutes! That needs looking into.

The bathroom needed improvement. The partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom was too small so water from the shower flooded the other side.

To leave the hotel and check in to the other hotel next to it since they were no room left! ☹️

Excellent location, just beside Chinatown Mrt Station. A lot of foods and shops within walking distance.

The MRT station just right in front of the hotel. It is really convenient for travellers who take public transport to go around

Good Location for public transport, food and shopping. Transportation to Airport is good and easy by train. Beautiful buildings of itself and nearby.
