Such a cute hotel and great location. Restaurant downstairs was really good and the staff were all super friendly. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in Miami.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great food and drinks in the restaurant (try the passion fruit margarita!). If I had to nit-pick then I'd say it would have been nice to have an outlet near the bed and the shower controls took a little playing around to figure out the rain head vs regular and hot water.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a local house that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. It was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the area. What truly stood out, however, was the fantastic homely feel of the hotel. The cozy decor and inviting atmosphere created a sense of belonging, making it easy to relax and unwind. The communal spaces were thoughtfully designed, encouraging guests to mingle and share their experiences. Overall, my stay at this local house was a delightful experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Found this hidden gem totally by accident. Loved the location , loved the vibe of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lil extra just to set the mood right . Loved the location of the beach ,the beach towels and the chairs with the umbrella perfect oasis. The restaurants drinks were right on spot and the food which we had light snacky food and the breakfast was superb.The only reason we didn’t do dinner there because we had reservations else where that I made a long time ago. If I haven’t I would have definitely eaten there especially since they also gave us a 15% off coupon when checking in. The staff was very accommodating. When I come back to Miami I will be staying here and I suggest you do as well .

We booked a king room but we were notified just before we arrived that it was not available and we would have a two double beds and would receive breakfast vouchers to compensate for the inconvenience. When we arrived we noticed the bedspread was not full size, only half? So strange and not comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning turned on and off all night it was either freezing- not great when you only have half a bed spread or the air conditioning was off and the room became very hot. Not a good night sleep at all. The bathroom light comes on automatically when you enter and the light shines into the bedroom which wakes up your partner every time you go into the bathroom at night. The breakfast voucher was fine but a little surprising that it only allowed us to have the most basic choice of eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast. It was fine but I would have liked something else on the menu. It did not allow us to choose from the entire breakfast menu. The food was good but it seemed strange that we were restricted to the most basic choice. The hotel is very cute and stylish but I would not stay again unfortunately.

I was a bit disappointed. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared on line. No telephones in the room. No ice machine on the floors. The staff was overall nice but I expected more for the price. They have all type of petty charges like stains on towels that will charge you 25 dollars for whixh is ridiculous. I satued at all type hotels over the world and never experienced that. Parking is horrible unless you pay a separate fee for a parking lot the local house doesnt own. Staff was nice but ill probably try somewhere else next time.

We really enjoy our stay in Local House hotel. Staff was super helpful and friendly. JD was great she help up take Lift car when we needed. Location is great close to everything shopping, restaurants and super close to beach. We definitely recommend the place and will be staying in future.

Fabulous hotel. The best we've stayed at in South Beach. We will definitely be returning.
