Perfect hotel with an amazing architecture. Great service and delicious menu from two amazing restaurants. SPA makes the difference with wholesome experience.

We enjoyed the gardenia and also the views from the hotel balcony. Also the All inclusive was great!

Our rooms bathtub was a bit loose and if we went to bath the floor flood and it was very slippery.

They hotel is rated 5 star but we didn’t find that ourselves. The attention to detail was not there. We found some of the staff at breakfast very rude and one girl in particular had such an awful attitude she actually ignored us on 3 occasions when we asked for coffee. Other guests who were Albanian said that the girl was very rude and they also said we were very polite as we were beginning to think it may be us!! We did also want to comment on the lack of readiness for our arrival. The hotel seemed like it was not ready?? The receptionist had told us their busy time would start in June but we felt we were paying to stay in a 5Star hotel so the service should have been a lot better. There is a disconnect between the buildings of Flowers hotel too. You had waiters standing around not offering food or drink when sitting in the hotel. We felt a lot of the staff had thought they were more important than the clientele leaving us sitting without drinks or coming over to the tables asking if we wanted anything and never attentive to the customers. Overall we had lovely Selim who was always helpful and attentive, the wonderful Jess who was the beauty therapist and our cleaner who greeted us with a sincere smile every morning. Most of the reception staff at Flowers Hotel. The Brutal (meat) restaurant food was amazing. But again no attentiveness to the paying customers. The food did not arrive together so we were left with some of the food cold and some warm and some staff members were very rude with an importance of themselves rather than the customer.

It was very clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful! highly recommend :)

Good location and a fantastic serene indoor heated pool with jacuzzi.

An annoying bathroom door.

There were real live plants in the room which, I think, is quite uncommon and quite lovely.

The staff were a bit ditzy. The incessant, intrusively loud, bad music in all common areas was horrendous. The hotel was also spilt over two properties which was unexpected. The evening menu was quite singular.
