I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful this place is and how nice and accommodating Martin, Nadia and Patricia were. We went down for my birthday and 5 of us had the most incredible time. It was so relaxing and the condo was drop dead gorgeous. It made the whole entire experience. I truly could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. I am already in the works of planning another trip down. 5 stars!!

Stayed here for 4 nights with husband and 4 and 8 year olds. Apartment was beautiful and spacious, check in was easy, access to the One Hotel was perfection. Such a great deal to get such a roomy apartment for that price and be able to use all the hotel amenities. Will definitely stay again!

Seamless

We stayed with a group of friends (7 of us in total) for an extra long weekend stay in Miami and had a wonderful time. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was, not to mention how clean and modern it was. All of the kitchen appliances seemed like they were the newest technology. The whole apartment seemed new in general or at least new renovations. We slept comfortably and didn’t feel like we were too much in each other’s space at all. Communicating with Patricia and Martin was so easy, they were lovely hosts and so pleasant to deal with. I took off 1 star for check-in experience because Nadia who was coordinating all the pre check-in details was hard to get ahold of, not to mention she was quite unpleasant in our interactions. Trying to reach her through Vrbo chat was next to impossible and her tone was also unfriendly. Dealing with Martin and Patricia was much easier and they were very responsive. Overall I would 100000% stay here again if I ever returned to Miami, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to choose for our trip!

Newly renovated tasteful modern apartment at the Roney Palace which is attached to the 1 Hotel. Our family made full use of the hotel pools and beach area. We have been to the 1 and Roney many times, this was our favorite apartment for our family of 4. Apartment was very clean, communication was excellent. We will be back!
