Stayed a night on our trip around Vancouver island. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was good Hotel had a outdoor pool that we didn't use but looked really nice. Only issue i had was that the room smelled of really perfumed cleaning supplies when we arrived. Was afraid it was going to cause allergy issues but it didn't.

Property was generally not up to the Standards of a Best Western that i have been to. I was adequate but that is all.

Perfect for stop over stay. Great location for access to main highway. Big rooms and great facilities

So nice and accommodating. We were late for breakfast and they still served us and helped us. Really nice staff!

The Jacuzzi Suite was awesome! Couldnt get the Netlix to work and the breaker kept blowing when making coffee, but otherwise it was great.

The stay was just average, the rooms were partially renovated with worn and warped bathroom doors that did not lock, the tv was not plugged in and required the entire tv unit to be moved to plug it back in which the staff did not bother doing prior to our stay, perhaps because it’s heavy, but this shows a definite lack of care at this property. The lobby was nice but the hallways, especially the carpet is dirty and looks worn. breakfast was definitely lacking: tasteless, overwatered orange juice, an oversupply of desserts and lack of healthy options, eggs, burnt sausage etc. that were gone well prior to the end time of breakfast - all served in the basement in a tired, old looking room. I requested a cleaning service for our room during our stay which was not provided. The only plus was the cleanliness and comfortable beds but definitely not the best “best western” we’ve stayed at yet fairly expensive. Would not stay again and would not recommend to others, there are other, better options elsewhere.

Ridiculously priced for what was offered. At $300 CAD, this property and the staff were thoroughly disappointing. Check in staff were not friendly, pointed us to amenities that didn't deliver. Said there were vending machines on site but they were empty and it was too late for restaurant. Staff response? "Oh." Room was noisy and smelled dank. Hallways dingy. Needs a deep clean.

Not enough staff - the body wash in our room has not been refilled and the bathing towels are not fully provided for 4 people.

next door to a Tim Horton's. The breakfast was really lacking anything healthy. Just bread, bad eggs and awful sausage. No fruit.

Pretty standard roadside hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms only cleaned on demand. Very serviceable place to stop on the island.

The checkin lady had a negative attitude, and was very rude. For the number of times that I had stayed at this facility, I found this very unusual.

Carpeted meanwhile in the photos it shows no carpet… it’s like scam … my kid had asthma crisis due to dust / carpet… won’t advise to go there if you have allergies… staff are really nice and helpful though…

Highly Recommended place .

It was difficult to enter and depart the property, and the surrounding area was very industrial. Highway noise was constant.
