It was a nice stay!

Felt like a bait and switch from the pictures. This property is not the shiny high rise, but rather the squat brown building beside it. The floors felt dirty and turned our socks dark. The showers had no hot water unless you turned on the boiler 45-60 minutes beforehand which was extremely inconvenient. The kitchen had limited utensils and no dish towels. Check out could be extended but only for an hour at an exorbitant price.

The room was filthy. Our white socks were black after walking on the floor, the bedroom cupboards had fingerprints all over them. Considering the check in was not till 4 so that they could clean it wasn’t done very well

It was walkable to malls and eateries. We were given a room in which the floors were leaking ( which in the first place they shouldn’t have) but after complaining they promptly moved us to another apartment. Overall the property was good, surrounding area was safe, we enjoyed our stay .

Apartment’s are clean, well equipped and spacious. The reception staff were so helpful and pleasant, nothing was a bother to them. The apartments are so convenient to the town centre, even the titanic experience and the ferry were within walking distance, although an Uber was less than £10 if you don’t fancy the walk.

Check in can only be described as chaotic. It took 45 minutes for us to get checked in and eventually get our car parked in the secure parking. No fobs available for the car park entry. Apartment very basic certainly not a "Dream Apartment". Road noise constant with no curtains to block sound or light. No rugs to dampen room echo. Was akin to a basic student apartment. Area around car park internal lift very dirty with rubbish. Bed was comfortable shower excellent but bathroom light over basin out and extractor fan not working. We will not be back.

Dream apartments blew our expectations out of the water. It was extremely clean and spacious, and felt like home. We wish we could have booked our stay for more than one night, but it was full once we decided we wanted to change our plans. Absolutely recommend staying at Dream Apartments in the Obel building. It was super close to the main attractions we wanted to see at the Titanic Quarter, and the price was more than affordabloe.

Unfortunately, when we arrived we had to spend time cleaning. The fridge needed cleaning as did the cups and frying pan in the kitchen, the mug in the bathroom had all dried toothpaste in it, which I also had to clean. There was also sticky residue on the surface in the bathroom, which we cleaned. The washing machine also had a sticky residue on top of it and there was also stains running down the front of the machine. When I tried using the ironing board, the cover did not fit, as it was far too narrow. We also found a used scourer in the kitchen cupboard. It would have been better to either throw it away or replace it with a new one. We were pleased that there were towels in the bathroom, but not in the kitchen. Also, on the website it said toiletries were provided, which only consisted of handwash, so there was nothing to use in the bath/shower. The outside of the bin in the bathroon also needed cleaning. We had to go to the shop to purchase shower gel, scourers, dish cloth and tea towel as these were not provided. We also discovered that the TV only had 7 channels, none of which were worth watching. In all fairness once we complained about this someone was sent with a new cord and set up the TV so that we had all the usual Freeview channels. Once we settled in and everything was cleaned we found the apartment to be very comfortable with the rooms suitable for our stay. The location was very convenient for where we wanted to go.

Please do not stay here, unless you can be guarantee apartments on the 5th floor upwards. If not please don’t book here. The apartments are in the process of being refurbished, and OMG they need it.

Excellent staff, amazing apartment, laundry facilities.

From start to finish it was terrible, couldnt get checked in until after 5, 3 adults booked and they gave us a pull out bed that a child could not have slept in, no tv and when the finally brought it it didnt work, no toilet roll and the pillows were actually slim cushions, it was brutal

Disappointed that there was mould in the bathroom, the extractor fan did not work and it had an awful smell. No dishwashing tablets or toiletries. Some lights did not work

room look on the appearance to be clean , that said it had a strange fusty smell , the lifts to the room also had a smell like they had been cleaned with a old mop and dirty water. felt the need to buy air freshener and bleach for the sinks and toilet in the room , could not leave the windows open due to noise from the main road. strange that you have to leave a deposit given the student halls smell throughout the building..

The location and value for money is what makes these apartments so appealing. You can tell they are well used and some of the apartments need minor fixes however the beds were comfortable and the rooms pretty clean that was the most important thing. I booked 3 rooms and asked for one of them to have twin beds.....this didnt happen. I also got a notice of cancellation they day before I was due to arrive which resulted in unnecessary stress however the staff were able to correct whatever error had been made on their end

First apartment smelt of smoke. Second apartment was better. Receptionist very helpful

Great location, lovely quality property, comfort & value

Very nice place to stay clean and tidy a lot of fixtures in bad conditions ie broken blinds that didn’t work and didn’t fit the window anyway had to be moved rooms as no privacy in that room broken blinds and wardrobe in bedroom was ready to fall over not fitted properly the tv stand in living room was ready to fall apart as well and the blinds in new room were missing slats as well

stay here on sat night still wait on my £250 deposit and it now fri .never again.

Very close to city centre. Very well equipped apartment. Smell from the water in the shower.Was however, caught off guard on check in with having to pay £200 pre authorization payment incase of damage, on top of €228 for the nights stay. Felt there was a serious lack of transparency in relation to this £200 payment

It was a great home from home, having the flexibility of a kitchen/washing facilities, whilst based in the city centre. Clean, tidy and airy. Great views and big windows to people watch. Would definitely recommend

This place is off the chain. So much room for the price. Great kitchen. Great bedroom. Super close to the main drag.

Its definitely a home away from home. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient! Lovely apartment and perfect for our trip! The condition of the apartment was great apart from the odd few scuffs and marks on the walls! There was also a bit of limestone growth in the kettle but apartment from that the apartment was lovely

The place was very nice and clean. Close to the downtown but could use a few things like dish cloth, dish towel, salt and pepper and oven mitt.
