Beautiful hotel. Great staff, room was wonderful. Pool is amazing! A couple of negatives: - Got up for an early morning swim before work but couldn’t use the pool due to a yoga class being held there. Pool was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. - Put on one of the robes from the wardrobe and found screwed up paper in the pocket which suggests it hadn’t been washed! Bawk! Had to check out in a rush so didn’t raise it at the time, but thinking back that’s pretty gross! Other than that lovely place

Very well kept and modern hotel, the staff were very helpful especially the check-in desk staff, in particular Khurham.

Enjoyed every minute in this hotel - comfortable room, wonderful gym and amazing pool!! Great location. Literally didn’t want to leave.

Front of house Ahmed was exceptionally helpful, smiling & kind. The hotel does not have a doorman so I had to park & go to reception to find out where to go for the Car Park, next door but not signposted well enough!! Otherwise a modern hotel with lots of art as you’d expect from the name. My double room was v well equippec with everything. Not only an iron but also a steamer.Bathrobes & slippers etc. One of those mini bars you are afraid to touch because it automatically goes on your bill. Comfortable bed. Super bathroom more of a shower room with a great double shower! Also one of my most missed items, a great magnifying mirror to do ones make up or put in contact lenses etc. Room service was good, not a huge choice but what I ordered was plentiful & well cooked. Wifi/tv as usual the little remote control at each bedside table was great for turning down lights or turning up the air conditioning. A nice high tech touch which worked well. Also tv had the best Chrome Cast set up, easy to pair one’s ipad to & watch your own choice of movie. All in all a very modern, very comfortable hotel in the perfect spot to saunter across to the vast mall in the power station & indulge in some retail therapy. Highly recommend this Radisson owned Art ‘Otel.

Nice location and facilities, great views of London..

Reception staff on arrival her English was poor but move on, drinks in the bar ordered a gin and lemonade, served with no lemonade, finally got the lemonade, drank up asked for the bill waited ages as the waiter was chatting to other guests, in the end got up and paid. As walking out we were chased literally with a waitresses calling out you have not paid you have not paid in front of all customers, embarrassing yes, not acceptable. Room was tidy and comfy although no balcony. Went to the pool and there was a large private party felt uncomfortable and did not swim. All in all mixed.

The condition of the hotel was good. The arrival on reception was good ( reception staff wearing tee shirts was not) the swimming pool/swim 16th floor was lovely but the service in the evening was not. A lovely stay but please get the lift fixed as we kept going from floor to floor up and down until reaching our final destination.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent location with huge number of dining and shopping options on the doorstep. Fantastic welcome and helpful staff. Room was really comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. One minor thing- the room had its own coffee machine but the power lead wasn’t long enough to reach.

Lovely room, lots of shopping downstairs. Opposite Battersea power station and shopping centre is amazing. Car park underneath wasn’t too expensive for 2 days and nights. Lovely pool, food, staff were super friendly and hotel is super stylish. We LOVED our stay!

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great from location, the rooftop pool & jacuzzi, the comfy bed, amazing shower and the lobby/reception smelt incredible! We really appreciated the 12pm check out too, it makes a massive difference when you’re staying for leisure.

Everything was above and beyond and we loved every minute of our stay, thank you. We will be back.

We paid a lot of money to stay here and to be honest it just doesn’t stack up. Lovely roof terrace bar and “infinity” pool but that is it really. You can use rooftop bar even if you aren’t staying Restaurant on top floor might be nothing to do with them but is for social media people only. Looks good with a good view but food is expensive and very average.

Nice hotel - enjoyed our stay

booked for the rooftop pool only to be told by email two days before the booking that the pool would be closed two afternoon/nights for a private event. Weather was terrible but not the point and to be honest I would have gone somewhere else if I had enough notice, Rooms are well appointed, but very small. Excellent shower

I celebrated my 30th birthday at this hotel, and was absolutely blown away by the helpful and friendly staff, excellent food and condition of the establishment. We dined at the restaurant Joia which was divine. The hotel brought a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to the room which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I don’t write reviews often but my goodness does this hotel deserve it

Right next door to Battersea Power Station but be aware you won't see it from your room. Maybe the most expensive suite does? However, go to the roof and enjoy the heated infinity pool and get the best view! Room was spacious, facing the boulevard was quiet, well equipped, front reception staff welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Jermaine et al. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars as last year, was due to room attendants not on the ball, every day reported to the front desk and was hit or miss, mostly miss. Usually I see the front desk checking in and checking out, but everyday got frustrating. And unfortunately, Expedia was partially at fault because they included a feature NOT actually part of the room upgrade I paid for, and one of the reasons we upgraded in the first place. We are waiting to hear if they'll refund as the room category was (and still is) misrepresented included services on their website. But wasn't the hotels fault. The Battersea tube station is a few minutes away, buses too. Well monitored area with security. Lots of choices for food and shopping outside the door, inside the Power Station, Pier for water travel, Chelsea bridge to walk over. It's got it all. Just remember it's at one of the ends of the northern tube line so it can be a bit of a slog getting here and there if you're sightseeing. But worth the visit to this new hotel in a vibrant redeveloped area.

Really nice hotel, looked exactly like the photos. Very welcoming staff and extremely clean, Shame it was a quick visit due to other appointments so didn’t get chance to try out the facilities even though they offered despite us checking in late.

The Hotel was excelent overall. It was located in an excelent place and the people who work there were the best, really friendly but also emphatetic with the people. Recomendadisimo

Wow what a hotel, it is like a resort!! Really have no reason to leave it!! Looks stunning and modern!! The roof top pool is really nice (even thou i didnt have the weather for it, we still braved it) And they do fanstaic cocktails up there The Portuguese restaurant was so good, beautoful views and the food and staff are 10/10 The staff at reception where AMAZING, the guy who checked us in (soooo sorry cant remember his name) but the NICEST guy!! Really looked after us thank you so much

Excellent location, nice and comfortable hotel

Allow too many of the public to come and take pictures at the pool when hotel guests are trying to make use of it. Feels more like a free for all rather than a luxury experience considering the price for a night. Won’t allow drinks or food to be ordered or eaten poolside. The over all place is beautiful but they need to do some tweaking and could have a pretty space and exclusive venue.

Everything went smoothly until the morning we checked out. We went for breakfast to find upon our return that we had been checked out and could not access the room. The reception staff quickly rectified this when we returned to reception.

Really nice staff on front door and reception...room on 11th floor was really nice....rooftop bar and pool were good to.. breakfast was very nice also. definitely return as there is so much to see and do in the immediate area
