Ce que nous savions pas c’est qu’ils avaient 3 piscines.L’appartement était grande et confortable. Appartement accueillant avec toutes les commodité.Idem au photo.Salle de bain de piscine très propre.

Il faudrait un plan de l’emplacement comme exemple les piscines et gym .Ou disposer les déchets, il a un coffre pour ça devant la porte mais c’est pas indiqué à quoi il sert sauf dans le message de la fin ,j’aurais aimé savoir au début.

Apartamento muito bom. Camas confortáveis. Condomínio agradável e de muito fácil acesso. Cozinha e lavanderia bem equipada. Com certeza é um local que voltariamos. Gostamos bastante.

No tener comunicación directa y el sistema de recogida de la basura, queda por días en la puerta y empieza a largar olor

It was not clean yet when I arrived

This was my only real issue. I was supposed to use a door code but it was broken. I had to make several phone calls and still got no where so I had to stay somewhere else my first night and then had to go to the office where maintenance confirmed it was not working and they finally got me keys to use. I stayed for 4 weeks and they never did get it working but I at least had the keys. I was told I would get a credit to my payment method and still have not received anything.

When calling in, they should actually help you and when promised a refund, you should actually get it. I called 4 times and it got me nowhere and I finally had to sit in the office and wait to be able to get into my unit.

A casa é bem equipada e com quartos confortaveis.

O apartamento estava organizado, mas um pouco sujo, principalmente nos banheiros.

Primeiro de não gostar foi o inconveniente de chegar e estar tudo fechado, sem ninguém para contatar e depois de muito telefonema para o booking, já mais de meia noite se foi conseguir aos poucos localizar. Foi horrível! Precisava de uma informação prévia. Estávamos com idosos e crianças. Foi uma pessima experiência!

Well located for our needs, spacious, enough clean.

No cable on TV. Not able to watch football games. Pool was closed all our time there. Pillow are really too soft. The worst thing is during the nights, widows are not providing enough darkness, it was really anoying every time a car passed by, the lights of the car were inlighted all my bedroom. You have to fix that.

Great space, large bedrooms and close to amenities.

Floor/carpet was very dirty and no sports tv stations.

Do not rent this units! It’s a total scam. The units does not look like the pictures, everything is older and super used. The apartment had a lot of cockroaches, they came from the toilet and the kitchen. There were a lot of them. The apartment was barely cleaned either. When we tried to contact the company that owned the units to tell them that we couldn’t stay they just answered “you need to wait until our department that’s responsible tell us how we can move forward”. We had to wait for almost a week until we got our money back. They didn’t give us another place to stay during the waiting. Horrible experience and disappointing way to treat people.

Tuvimos un gran problema porque no nos enviaron el # de apartamento y clave para ingresar, tuvimos que llamar a un número que estaba en la reserva y después de varios minutos pudimos descifrar a través del teléfono, pero mu mal el servicio al cliente.

There was no breakfast. Location was good and looks very safe.

There was still some loose waste in the bin outside .maybe from the previous renter. Also I saw a few roaches and sugar ants on the kitchen counter. It can happen so no big deal for us.

Location was good. Apt layout was good.

First unit was dirty, had ants, and the a/c broke the first day. South Florida in the summer, it was very hot in the unit. The second unit we were moved to was much cleaner and cooler.

It’s a beautiful property, could not have asked for a better location, it was well kept and had everything we needed, definitely worth it. really felt nice seeing security vehicles patrolling at night. It is a bit more costly than Orlando rentals but I definitely would be back soon.

I would recommend adding a baking pan to the kitchen 🥰

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, well equipped, very good internet, two big size rooms. The kitchen has all the required utensils and there are 3 big flat TVs. They provide you with all the required consumables like dishwasher soap, trash bags. The support team where very helpful and swift. The AC worked well.

The pool and other common facilities don’t seem to be well maintained. There are some keys and bracelets inside the apartment but no instructions on what they are used for. There was no information on where to leave the trash bags. The garbage disposal was not working, after reporting it the maintenance team repaired but but left a small water drip.

The kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal for the family.

The water was yellow.

the apartment was very nice ( however, the cleaning crew obviously don’t clean.. it’s no sense to charge ppl cleaning fees when the staff isn’t cleaning top notch.) seriously I was mad about this this part is a scam..( cleaning fee) I give cleaning a 1 out of 10.

the apartment wasn’t cleaned enough, I had to go buy bleach and cleaning supplies to clean before I settled in. it was obvious cleaning too. I didn’t like the fact that the water is a dirty looking color. they told me it was normal, once I mentioned it…but failed to tell me before.

the grills didn’t work, the staff wouldn’t help us to try to get them to work. our bed in the master room was almost on the floor, the wooden slats underneath were not put together properly. The water wouldn’t go down in the drain. and the washing machine wasn’t plugged in.

The location and amenities outside the property were excellent (playground and pool)

The property was filthy throughout. Not just dirty, filthy. The floors were covered in dirty and hair and bits of rubble almost. All the cupboards, plates, cutlery, pot and pan were also dirty. The dishwasher didn’t work and wasn’t fixed till 5 days into our stay. The water was also yellow.
