Staff needs to be trained on explaining reservation details to guests prior to taking ANY form of payment. I asked about the cost and was charged first and then incorrectly informed. When I did advise the front desk staff of this, they were extremely unhelpful and disregarded their blatant mistake which ended up costing me double for an emergency trip. Very disappointed and shows the lack of compassion and empathy from this facility based on the employees they hire.

I liked the setting/theme of the hotel very friendly and inviting. The staff was very kind to my wife and I and accommodated to our needs. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

I have no complaints here we were very satisfied with this very well oiled establishment.

Front desk was kind. Quiet room, clean. Room did not smell like smoke at all. I appreciate because it bothers my asthma.
