Breakfast at 7 am, we had to leave at 6:30

The rooms looked nice.

The pool was very dirty and pretty cold.

Comfortable and high quality

Difficulty checking in. I presented my printed confirmation for check in and I was told I was not in their system. Until I persisted they finally found it. I again presented my full name including my middle initial. Hotel had my first name right but made a mistake and included my middle initial onto my last name. Ex. ( Karen MWilliams) instead of Karen M Williams. After being disappointed and embarrassed as it may, hotel found their mistake and check in finally got underway.

Food from Irom skillet was fantastic even if it was wrong, a couple of times. Check in was easy, price was accurate.

Chef or waiter, host was always negative vibe, like he is overworked, you can tell it was short staffed on one of the busiest weekends for Detroit. He does seem like a nice guy but tosses the negative vibe too much, obviously not happy with his work.

I’ve stayed here twice before but the room we had this time was terrible. The door was hard to open. The bed and couch were visibly worn, the bathroom sliding door was broken so it was hard to open and shut. They gave us a room overlooking a roof and rocks on the second floor. This would’ve been fine had we not paid almost $200 a night but for the rate we paid and the rooms we’ve had being on the upper floors, this was a huge disappointment. We’ll stay somewhere else next trip.

It was near the interstate and had ample parking.

Housekeeping was very poor. Coffee maker had mold. Beds were barely made. Floor were not swept. On the weekends it was very loud at 3am given the party next door to our room and running in the halls. Not relaxing and one step away from being a motel.
