The hotel was good minus a small hotel hiccup that was eventually resolved. I would not recommend the buffet that was a huge disappointment

Quality of service was ok, nothing greater than average. The facility is old and hence some renovations have been done, the rooms are still old style. There is no safe box in the room!

Property was clean but finishes/cosmetics of the common areas showing age.
Pool was not the cleanest. Lots of the chlorine in the pool. Bottom of hot tub had a layer of sand.

I was hear for a family reunion. The customer service that was provided for the family reunion was great. My complaint was strictly for not having the prober amenities in my room. I had to go downstairs for customer service because the my telephone was not working. Lord forbid if I had an emergency that is a major problem. The front desk admitted that was a problem throughout the hotel. That is a safety issue and perhaps a violation. My other complaint is that the channel guide on my tv was not working. I had to go to each channel to see what program showing very annoying. I complain about this issue as well.

The stay was good. They have a lot of amenities. A pool a bar. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but there was a weave (a few strands of hair) in my bathroom. I just wish they would have cleaned my bathroom throughly

The hotel.staff of was amazing. Every one that I encountered was kind and very courteous. The hotel was a bit dated. The bathroom was horrible and that tub had grungy marks. I love clean bathrooms and the tub grossed out.

Beds were very uncomfortable and room was not stocked for our group - reserved a room for 4. Only 3 bath towels and 2 washcloths. Aldo the hairdryer did not work.
