La propreté de l'unique toilette/ douche est calamiteuse. 5 Chambres partagent cet endroit qui n'est même pas nettoyé quotidiennement. Des cheveux, poils et ongles jonchent le sol. Le lit est de piteuse qualité et très petit pour deux. On sent tous les ressorts et dès qu'un bouge à peine, tout se met à bouger. Personne sur site pour l'accueil. Accès compliqué à la chambre car il faut remplir une multitude de documents en ligne quelques heures avant l'arrivée. Il est donc impératif de voyager avec un forfait de télécommunication valable aux USA pour répondre aux e-mails et appeller. L'endroit est très loin du centre-ville de Boston et pas prtaique d'accès en transports publics (environ 50 minutes). Le rapport qualité/ prix n'en vaut pas la peine. Hair and nails litter the floor. Towels are not changed. The bed is of poor quality and very small for two. You can feel all the springs and as soon as one barely moves, everything starts to move. No one on site to greet you. Complicated access to the room as you have to fill in a multitude of documents online a few hours before arrival. It is therefore imperative to travel with a valid US telecommunications package to answer e-mails and make calls. The location is a long way from downtown Boston, and not easily accessible by public transport (about 50 minutes). The value for money is not worth it. Avoid!

Bed was comfortable and clean. The entire home was kept very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with what you needed to cook should you provide your own food.

The checkin process was absolutely horrendous. I was told to submit a picture of my government ID, no where did I see I needed to also submit a picture of myself holding my ID. When I was contacted that my documentation was not complete, I was asked to provide a selfie. After sending my selfie to the owners three times through text, and two separate emails, I finally was given the access info the day I was to check in. Overall this check in process seemed extremely over complicated and fabricated an unnecessary issue. Lastly, if you are planning to bring a car with you for your stay, I would highly advise you not to. The owners do not provide parking and suggest using SpotHero to find a spot. While looking at the app, the only location to park your car was over 30 mins away. Due to this issue, the first night I stayed here, my car was towed.

The location was safe.

Small room, not what was advertised on photos. No wall plugs so you had to choose between light or air unit. Towels provided were small and stained and not allowed to get replacements.

The location was very easy to find and it had a little commercial area near by, where you can go and buy whatever you need, you just have to walk no more than 10 mins and you'll find restaurants, buses, mini markets, even a saloon, literally whatever you need.

Being a shared place is understandable that there was only one bathroom, the problem was not all the people renting was exactly what you call clean, maybe the owners can hire someone who helps with this exact task cleaning the bathroom once every 2 days or something like that, I know is not the owners fault but maybe they can help in that way.
