Everything was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were roomy. Very clean. The breakfast was buffet-style - had hot food with sausages, eggs, etc. PLENTY of parking.

It’s our second stay in this hotel chain. Homewood Suites is a 4.5 star hotel for a price of a 3 star hotel. We have stayed in 5 stars many times too and know the difference. This time we booked a large one-bedroom suite with full kitchen. Lots of space for the entire family. The hotel offered free breakfast, pool, fitness center, modern room design, very friendly staff, clean rooms. What else can one wish for during a stay?

The Night Front Office Manager was downright rude. Spoke in a discriminatory tone & was threatening. We have reached out to Dawn K at corporate office regarding the same. The room Freezer made a rattling noise and sometimes we assumed it was someone knocking & opened the door a few times during our 8 night stay. We also had a lot of suitcases to move around which may have contributed to the noise. Pls note the sofa bed was noisy, flimsy & it makes a lot of noise. They suddenly told us about noise complaints for the first time & he was rude. We were very mindful after that & again he came by and warned us. When I called the desk to get clarity on the timing of when the noise was heard as we were out all day...he was RUDE again & threatened us with the police & eviction. Housekeeping staff did not speak english (a slight barrier) & did not replenish creamers & coffee as needed. Also kitchen floor was sticky & I communicated it but no change. Gym equipment is not cleaned down & same tissues I saw previous day untouched.

Too much to list. Shower door broken, didn't clean/restock room on a 2 night stay, not one greeting from any staff, payment messed up - paying for 3 suites . . .

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the breakfast is decent but not very healthy. The pool is nice Close to Trader Joe's

20-25min drive to Boston I had to wait 1h30 min in the reception because booking.com made a mess with my reservation.

The hotel did not provide me an invoice for my stay despite several my requests. So, if you need an invoice for your stay, I do not recommend this property.

Great continental breakfast, large room was clean and comfy.
