Renovated, convenient, super nice
“Room Service.” That was disappointing. The pancakes dropped in a cardboard box. No plates. No silverware. Scraping syrup off a piece of cardboard with a plastic fork is not “Room Service.” If it was advertised that you offered a Starbucks To Go/ Delivery service I wouldnt have been thrilled, but I wouldnt have expected “Room Service.” This is a poor look and you should reconsider it.

The reception staff several times seemed engrossed in conversation among themselves. However, when they eventually turned to help me they were great.

the room was not very clean. The woman at check in was not nice at all. The price they charge for Needham is too high. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The staff was fine and the location was good.
We had a mousetrap in the bathroom. The tub was chipped. The room’s door would not open easily.
My daughters found a prior guest dental appliance (invisible braces) in their room.

Location and breakfast good.
Had difficulty with booking. Had booked thru Booking.com and registrar could not locate booking. We waited in excess of a hour while she called and trued to resolve. Final outcome was they had added my middle initial I. Front of last name which is why she could not locate. After traveling 5 hours waiting to obtain room was very frustrating.
