we didnt able to use the gym n the pool, thats why were dissapointed

the property is modern.

1. The owner is not professional when it comes to handling people who will rent the place. We decided to rent the property for a family staycation this holy week 2023 which ended up on me, waiting over the car for 7 hours just for a parking 😊 We checked in at 12:05 pm. I entered the place at around 8:45 pm 😊 I decided not to wait for the parking and instead, dropped the car at home and took a grab instead 😊 if the owner is concerned enough just to give a heads up with the parking situation, I wouldn’t even bother bringing a car 😊 2. Amenities 😊 the sole purpose of us having a staycation is to experience something different from home 😊 We ended up paying ₱1000 more so the kids can use the pool while I waste my time waiting for a parking space. We also ended up applying for a reservation slot so that we could use the pool and the gym (the suppose to be free amenities in Novotel 😂) the next day which we never had the chance 😂 So the whole stay was just our family in the not so air conditioned unit doing the same things we do at home 😂 3. The place doesn’t have enough air conditioning. I mean come on, a price range of ₱5241? I really don’t see the point of renting this place 😂 4. And oh that fancy looking office chair? It’s wobbly, I almost fell. Please don’t use. 5. Kitchenwares 😊 not to nitpick, there are forks…but were are the spoons? 😂 Really? ₱5241 I will ear with just a fork? 😂

The place was very spacious, so we were able to enjoy our stay the most out of it. Very clean and well organized room.

There was a plug not working on the island table so we had to transfer the microwave to use it. They don't provide replacement of towels.

Everything about this beautiful property was amazing! spacious, executive feel and look, competitive price, the view was mesmerizing at night! The Living room was great touch! You can binge watch netflix while enjoying the skyline of Rockwell! Arlon was so easy to contact, communication with property managers was superb. I love the fact that this place was so close to power-plant mall and a gated condominiums. amenities and pool was world class! definitely one of my favourite place to stay in from now on and I will highly recommend to everyone!
