Clean, spacious and plenty of parking

No wifi and problems locating in by GPS (tried 3 different apps)

location was great for my needs. 5 mins walk from UWE and 20 mins walk from Bristol Parkway. Everything seemed quite new. Studio was well-equipped. Plenty of space. Parking was good and easy. Sainsbury's 5 mins walk away too.

As other reviews have said - the window on the front door needs a cover... OR a hook for coats would block the view. A hook or 2 in the bathroom would be good. I didn't need it, but found the ironing board under the bed just before I left - a welcome note might help? The studio has another apartment above and on the first night the residents were talking until 1am (on a Monday)... Tom quickly responded to my message and they were quieter on Tues - (thank you). Although it is clearly stated, having no wifi in 2023 is a bit like not having hot water... I probably wouldn't book again without it. I replaced the TV remote control batteries - there was no one immediately around to help with that... but not a big deal.

The shower was good and the apartment was modern with a good TV and Netflix with cooking facilities and a microwave, toaster, oven, cooker, hob, kettle, fridge and hairdryer

The mattress was awful - new mattress required uncomfortable, sags in the middle and lumpy. The garden had no gate so could not let my dog out so a gate required. The blinds very thin, let in all the light - black out blinds required. No blind on the door so light came in an no privacy. No toiletries. Neighbour’s very noisy parties until 6am one night and 2:15am another night not restful at all would not stay again.

I was very upset with the property I arrived tired from work to rest and I had an unpleasant surprise the house had been used by others and was dirty the bed was all dirty the sheets were dirty the kitchen was dirty the bathroom was dirty the towels thrown inside the shower were dirty the sink clogged up it was very unpleasant I had to contact the owner to sort it out and he sent a lady after 30 minutes she changed the bedclothes and cleaned the bathroom more or less spoke to mr tom he said he would pay me back I would like Booking. how to solve this because I was very upset

The property is for me is not good because didn’t have Wi-Fi and this problem

spotlessly clean, all mod cons, perfect for what we were after

faint cigarette smell in a no smoking apartment

Great location, easy access to trains and buses. Would definitely book again in the future.

Fine lodging- fantastic use of space Comfortable Exceptional amenities had everything needed

simply warming up oven not long after switching it on triggered the fire alarm. The oven must be checked in case there’s grease/other substance that caused this.
