We had a fantastic stay, staff were brilliant, they all put in a lot of effort and nothing too much for them. Very nice and spacious room, breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, loads of choice, including healthy options; good quality food. Plenty pool space and no issues with pool loungers. No queues for anything. Overall very happy and sure to come back. Thanks to Eva, Nati, Patricia, Carmen, the guys ant the pool and everybody else for making our stay so good. Everything very well maintained and spotlessly clean

The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is very little we would say needs to be improved, but we have stayed at other Raddisson Blu resorts such as Playa Mogan and a free standing clothes dryer was available which was ideal for swimwear etc. - the fitted drying rails on the terrace were very limited. Hotel staff were execellent but it would have been nice if the reception bar, which is quiter and we preferred, was open later than 11:00.

Amazing hotel friendly staff who can't do enough for you, special thank you to Paulina on reception. Lovely to see a happy face and someone really helpful when you arrive. Glass of welcome cava was appreciated too. Immaculately kept pools, rooms and surroundings. Wonderful food plenty of choice. I didn't mention it was my birthday whilst staying there but went on a day trip and when we got back there was a bottle of cava on ice in our room. All the staff work amazingly well together to make it a really fantastic holiday ... so much so that even before we left we booked to go back at the end of August.

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Room well laid out, well thought out bathroom, vanity area with good storage space, even luggage area. Really comfortable extra large double bed, and comfortable corner seating area. Large balcony with sunbeds and seating.

Excellent hotel food was amazing

For a 4* hotel we found this to be top notch. We both needed a chill and this hotel is perfect for older adults looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Although it is a buffet restaurant there was always a wide variety of good quality choices with a different theme on every night of our stay. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay. Rooms have been recently done. The whole resort is super well maintained and in pristine conditions. Service is excellent, everyone was so nice and really trying to help. Food (breakfast and dinner) are great. Great place to staybto unwind and relax.

Very relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. A short walk to bars and restaurants.

Pros = heated pools, very clean, gorgeous suite (even though it was the cheapest room), free safe, water dispensers, excellent shower, delicious breakfast (omelette chef is the best ever!), all views are nice, good magician, friendly waiting staff. Cons = air con doesn't go below 22 degrees C in our room, no daytime activities like aquacise or competitive games, ok music at night-time, quizzes are repeated from the week before.

The employees are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you gave a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.

Property is in excellent condition & designed very well. The staff were efficient & friendly. The Italian restaurant was excellent but relatively expensive, while the buffet restaurant was very good. Nice bar but on two evenings a week the entertainment is moved there so there is nowhere to sit for a quiet drink. The only negative is the internet which was very patchy & often didn’t work. Overall, we had an excellent 3 weeks there.

No sense of problem solving or proactivity on the part of reception. they don't know their hotel (room type), don't take their customers seriously (gives a very direct impression that they are being disturbed... I'm talking about the person of the man who takes care of the home ). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are good but the services are horrible for a high price per night. you will have to fight for anything. I asked for a simple bottle of water, 2 hours later nothing I decided to go buy it myself outside. When I ask reception to cancel my request, they respond as if I'm bothering them and cross out a note on a post-it. This is how the reception manages the organization of a hotel with hundreds of rooms.. with post-its.

The property is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly. There is a walkway adjacent to the ocean that leads to restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also has great dining options. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing, spanking clean and helpful staff throughout the stay

Hotel appears to have had a complete make-over, and it is done to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast, 4 swimming pools, many lounge chairs, and - and this is very important, bar staff know how to make a dry martini!

I liked that the staff were all with the exception of 1 person at the pool (who was very unhelpful when my partner asked for help with one of the poolside beds), very friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Food was good and certainly offered plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. The italian restaurant needs to be open more than just 2 days a week as the food there was very good this will help build up its ability to attract dinners from outside of the hotel. Special mentions for Guest Services Ula , was really good at sourcing places to dine, places to visit and generally a credit to the hotel. The reception team were all really helpful as we did have issues with the Wifi during our stay but Fernando was really very polite and professional in how he handled the problem for us. In the end he moved us to another room which solved the problem. The main restaurant team were all very good along with the housekeeping, which made our stay very good and we would certainly stay again and recommend your hotel!

When we have been there in April 2023 not all facilities have been fully open. never the less we enjoyed the hotel very much. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good and we normally went out to dinner in the close by restaurants. We would definitely rebook the hotel - price performance was excellent.

Property nice but too many things unfinished from refurb. Tv doesnt work and internet awful. Toilet door too small and other niggles. Cleaning not brilliant and rooms grubby

I don’t have enough words to describe how absolutely perfect our stay was. Everything from the complimentary fizz we were welcomed with in our arrival by the lovely Sam to the incredible food, drink, room, pool and reserving our taxi for leaving and the stress-free checkout. It was a lovely 5 day break that leaves us wanting to return as soon as possible. The coastal walk to town was picturesque and the busy little town had everything you needed. Thank you RB, we had the best time x
