Felt happy after visiting realy a good place to stay Location is great and nice service

The location on booking.com map if fake the actual location isn't accessible by normal vehicles, the staff is very rude, on the site it says pay at property but as soon as the booking was done the staff called me to pay 20% amount immediately to confirm the booking regardless(I still haven't gotten the refund)

Purity and hygiene

Staff is well behaved

The room was spacious and clean, it was possible to make tea

The Greeting was not very warm, location of the hotel was different than given in booking.com. in the bin in the room was trash from guests before, there were small flies in the shower. The shower is hot but has so much pressure the hot water is used up in moments. The “pool” is more a pond in the lobby and the water is not really clean. In the restaurant and outside of the room’s windows, there were many pigeons. The second night staff in the hallway was very loud (shutting doors loudly, ringing telephone, loud shouting).

Tried to get extra money out of us which was uncalled for. Location was different to booking.com map making it difficult to find. Restaurant staff always on phone and bot attentive. Felt over priced for what we got.
